Is the reply to my original review from the same Tyrone who wrote a glowing review further down? To correct a key detail in your reply, I did not respond on the same day of the event. I contacted you on the same day I received your email informing me I had won a prize - the day before the event. There was no published 'cut off' time. I am still to recieve anything other than a refund. Avoid.
