Poor Technical Support and Disappointing Hosting Experience

The support service is extremely poor, especially on the technical side. From my experience, it seems like only one person, Umair, is handling all the support tickets. I have raised around 15–20 tickets, and every time I received a response from him. Unfortunately, he does not appear to have strong technical expertise. Instead of properly investigating and resolving issues, he usually insists that the problem is not related to the hosting service and tries to convince customers that the issue is on their side, even when basic requirements are not understood correctly.

While the pricing may be affordable, that should not justify such low-quality service. Due to these repeated bad experiences, I have decided to discontinue all the services I purchased from them. I currently have three shared hosting accounts with them, and my experience with all of them has been disappointing.
