NHS patients deserve better than this.

NHS patients deserve better than this.
My experience with Winsover Dental Care in Spalding has left me with the very strong impression that NHS patients are treated as second-class patients.
On three separate occasions, they cancelled my appointments without providing what I considered to be a reasonable or satisfactory explanation. Once can happen. Twice is frustrating. Three times looks like a pattern and shows an appalling lack of consideration for a patient's time.
My last visit was even worse.
I was not even invited to sit down properly for an examination. The dentist looked at my teeth and simply told me to come back in six months. That was it. No proper examination, no meaningful consultation and no sense that there was any real interest in actually treating me as a patient.

I found the whole experience dismissive, disrespectful and completely unacceptable.

Being an NHS patient should never mean being treated as a second-class patient. We are entitled to basic courtesy, attention and professional care just like anybody else.
After three cancelled appointments and an examination that, in my experience, barely deserved to be called an examination, I have completely lost confidence in Winsover Dental Care.
NHS patients are patients — not inconveniences.
