Good communication from placing order to receiving

Great products our dog Rusty loves them, especially the lick and learn.

I have tried a few joint aids including Riaflex and Yumove and noticed more of a difference in my dogs with this joint aid. I have recently moved to joint aid plus, (9yr old dogs) and alternate, again very pleased with this brand. I have recommended to folk, who still use to this day. Highly recommend, customer service is exceptional and you are treated with respect. Delivery is quick, never had a damaged package, so 5* in every way.

Your advertising for 40 days supply is misleading. I understand that it is explained in the small print lower down but still misleading.
I’ve only used it for a week so probably too soon to see any benefits or not. ( horse has neck arthritis)

After a LOT of research trying to find the most beneficial vitamin covering the largest range of all the essential vitamins required to support the dogs health. I decided on these and they have been a great supplement that mixed in with their food the dogs have really enjoyed. I have also honestly used these vitamins mixed with Greek yogurt to keep a dog going who was incredibly poorly for 3 weeks, not eating and literally survived on this supplement it kept her going until we found out the problem and she had an operation, so thank you 🙏🐾

Very prompt delivery. I ordered the dog hip and joint supplement the ‘plus’ one this time. It was more expensive and I’m now looking for a difference in my dog’s mobility.

What can I say. The best product I have came across for my dog. Winston and porter hip and joint plus. Bella snapped her cruciate ligament end of 2022. Operated on by a specialist at the dick vet hospital in Edinburgh. I tried other products on the market to help with movement and arthritis. As the hospital told me this is a major operation and she will going forward develop arthritis in the leg and hip area and will probably walk with a limp for the rest of her life. This was devastating to me as she is very active and a large dog and many more years ahead of her. After starting Winston and porter hip and joint plus. The difference is night and day. She walks with no limp and moves very very well. At her last hospital check 8 months after the major operation they told me they never expected to see her walking as normal and would expect a limp or slight off movement in her gait. They were delighted as am I with this product. 5 star rating for a 5 star product.

My horse Maisie loves her lick, I've never seen her so enthusiastic. She's happy so I'm happy will be trying the mint one when I reorder.

After placing my order, I had reservations about the size I had ordered and sent an email to customer service, I had a quick response from Dev saying he would check the measurements. He called me Monday morning and said the item I had ordered didn’t meet the size I needed but he had some in the retail shop that did, I paid the extra over the phone and it arrived in a couple of days, very happy with my purchase and service received!
