Trying out a new training aid. Unfortunately one of them had a very short use by date, which was disappointing. I have three dogs but I do not believe it will be used up in time.
I think also that the postage costs should have more variety to meet the customer needs.
This was my first time using this company.

I have ordered some vitamins and by mistake I haven’t added the shipping house number ! I haven’t noticed and I was confused why my order didn’t arrived so I emailed them ! They called me straight away and find out the issue ! I have received another pack while they are trying to figure out where my previous order is .very helpful staff and kind , also the vitamins smell awesome ❤️

I've been ordering my horse's supplement from W&P for 9 months now.

Their customer service is absolutely brilliant! My first ever order was during one of the Royal Mail strikes and Dev actually contacted me to see if I'd received my order... I hadn't, but he sorted it straight away and sent the correct product out via next day delivery for me... What company actually reaches out to you first these days?

Undeterred by the postage mix up, I continued with their 'HIP AND JOINT HORSE PREMIUM' horse supplement. I swapped over from Riaflex - W&P have higher levels and slightly better value as a direct comparison for the above product. It was just what we needed.

Around 6 weeks ago I noticed that my older mare's hock had started to click... I messaged W&P asking about their ' HIP AND JOINT HORSE *PLUS*' - they got back to me really quickly telling me all about the difference in ingredients (including Serrapeptase) and their experiences with the product.

I did some research and decided to go with it... And I'm very glad I did! Within a few days my mare's hock stopped clicking and she was moving very freely.

She's recently been on box rest for an injury, and she's not even been stiff going on our short rehab walks... And she's rising 20yo!!

I really recommend this company and their products, especially their Hip & Joint PLUS. Thanks W&P!

First time ordering from this company so I can only give a review off this order.
I saw on the website orders over £49.95 was free shipping, my order come to £50 exactly.. however shipping was then £6.99.. I did ask why my order was different when the offer was for UK and Europe, was told due to weight, so I carried on and paid the £6.99 postage.
Had an email in the morning to day postage was actually 16.99 each item I had ordered now, due to weight.. and they would cover the one item... but not the other. If I wanted the other item sent I could for 16.99 more than I had already paid, or offered a full refund. I accepted the refund on one half of my stuff... the other half arrived with no hassle, courier was good. Just annoyed by the whole situation. Even went back online later on to buy the same amount I had originally ordered to see if the postage had changed... it had but still 16.99 for the lot, and not each as I was expected to pay.. even with there still being a post up saying orders over 49.95 was free UK and Europe delivery. I understand postage needs to be covered but it just kept going up.

We have been using the W&P hip and joint dog supplement for around three months and I cannot recommend it enough. It has transformed our 9 year old Labrador. She was beginning to suffer from joint problems and within a few weeks this powder made a huge difference. We have tried different products before however nothing seemed to make any improvements. This powder is amazing and definitely worth every penny.

I have been using W&P Hip and Joint Plus for my arthritic 12 year old dog and it is what keeps her going. It's always hard to know whether these things work, but my girl used to be on pain killers and having weekly hydrotherapy. Without that she was limping. At lockdown hydrotherapy stopped and I also stopped the pain killers to give this a go and it has honestly been keeping her going. She rarely limps though I can see she is getting slower, I believe this powder has a big part to play. Expensive but worth it to prevent suffering and potential hip replacements.
