I really liked Winz.io. Their no wager bonus is actually 0 wager but their cashback rate is a scam. Do not trust info VIP club page has. Plz see below and make wise decision.

1. 20% cashback with code “VIP”
-You could actually by taking this offer!! I’m at silver4 so gets 5% daily rakeback and 9% weekly cashback but once 20% cashback kicks in, those two gets deactivated. Lets say you are winning throughout 2 week promo period or even out, you are just giving up 14 days worth rakeback which you should be getting weather you win or lose each day. It doesn’t make sense so I made ticket so VIP team can review but Stefanie from VIP support confirmed above is how they run. I have screenshot of chat and email which I would like to attach if I have availability to do so.

They clearly said 20% cashback is not being deducted by other bonus. But it is great tweak. They are not deducting because they have not paid what they supposed to. So pay and deduct later, do not pay so nothing to deduct. Isn’t it same result? They are not paying what they supposed to and just marketing NO DEDUCTION.

2. Misleading ViP club page.
-Instruction to join VIP club is false. You only get above fake 20% cashback by joining “VIP” code with 2500EUR deposit. Their actual VIP is is only can be joined by invite which is what Stefanie wrote an email. So you only get above weird calculated “20%? Cashback”. NOTHING ELSE.

3. Weekly cashback
It is very rare seeing weekly cashback being credited in your account due to their own cashback formula. All source of extra you get being deducted like Rakeback and tournament winning so it is rare to see any cashback remaining to be credited in your account if you are an active user. I see a lot of review on this so will not go into detail.

Conclusion.
Casino not following what they have posted is very very easy way to lose users trust and that is what players to stay on one platform. Casino changing their word was pretty disappointing and tweaking to make up was even worse.
