I order item paid for it then got a confirmation then about 4 days later was told no longer available
As you are a middle man company surely you can let people know quicker than that.
It meant I missed all the deals elsewhere.

What I needed
I have been wanting this since I had my stroke in 2020. I am short and have been getting upon my tippy toes from 2020 until now 2025 to stand. My toes have been damaged on my stroke side. This was not given to me. It sits perfectly on the Morlift.
I was browsing when I came across it. I don't know if the NHS knows it's available. Please let them know. It's useful for those who rise up on their toes to stand and not on their foot bottom.

I've ordered an item on the 26th Jul'24 requesting delivery for the 28th Jul'24. Today is the 13th Aug'24 and still waiting for the item to be delivered. That's not professional at all, and I'm very disappointment with how things are going. Nobody from your end call to explain the reason for the delay, and i don't believe that's how a business should operation.
