I really like wire care…there is only one thing that bugs me. I bought their expensive Deustch crimping tool for $436 bucks and they charged me $8.99 for shipping. I feel like if you are gonna spend that kind of money shipping should be free. Most places I order from if you spend a $100 bucks or more you get free shipping. This is just my opinion, I love wire care and will continue to purchase through them.

Mishap with original shipping. Wirecare reached out and immediately sent me a replacement with overnight shipping, just in time to work on my weekend project. Customer care was friendly and responsive. I will definitely continue to be a customer.

This website is very easy to navigate
I found exactly what I was looking for, and the descriptions of the products were very helpful. The website is very well organized, and the pictures of the products are very helpful. The one piece of critique I would give concerns paired products. Such as a male or female plug, and specifying what is included in some more expensive plug kits.

Lack of communication and information
I made a purchase through the website. At the time of purchase, the delivery date was stated as one week, which did not happen, nor was there any kind of notification. I had to reach out to get information about the order, and only then was I informed that the product would arrive 45 days later.
