Wiredsport took the time to look over my dimensions(foot images online) and recommend a size and style of snowboard boots. I live in the Midwest and seeing a boot fitter wasn't an option. I ordered exactly what he suggested, Salomon dialogue wide, 7.5 US. I has been renting up to a US 9 to accommodate the fact my feet were wider than usual. Short story long, the dialogue wide 7.5 fit perfect, I have maybe 35 days on them and never once were they uncomfortable. Couldn't be happier with wiredsports recommendation!

Wiredsport is phenomenal! There is no other way to describe it. I got sized by Wiredsport through a snowboarding forum. I was originally considering snowboard boots at least a full size too large.
Wiredsport tok one look at 2 pictures of my bare feet and told me exactly what my problem was. I followed the advice and today Im in in a pair of boots that fit like gloves. The expertize and intuition are second to none but the main thing for me is his patience. I have seen dozens upon dozens of posts where he patiently starts from scratch with everyone without any hint of boredom over asking the same question for the 1000th time.

Helped me with the correct sizing for some snowboard boots which isnt as easy as just sticking your foot in the same sized boot as the trainers you wear (I didnt realise this and it's cost me loads of money in a mistake)

Which was really nice as they werent pushing to sell me anything, just helping me.

I ordered a product for my boyfriend for Christmas and unfortunately it was stolen from my front porch before I got home. The company refused to give me a refund even though this was totally out of my control. I was told I had to wait 36 hours as the "issue should resolve itself". I'm sure the thief is going to randomly decide to return the package 36 hours later... Fortunately, I was able to get a refund from my bank but this is just extremely poor customer service for something I could not control.

This was our third snowboarding package from Wiredsport. Great quality at a family friendly price. Highly recommended!
