I found the instructions barely adequate, but good enough to feel I could proceed with installation. However, no troubleshooting advice included, system is not working upon installation, difficult to know what is wrong.

I purchased a point to multi point that was on back order and it said possible 2 weeks out but I received it in less than the 2 weeks. I also had questions prior to the order and all were answered very promptly thru email. I don’t have it installed yet but very anxious to try it out. It looks like a very easy install

This was a very satisfying transaction. The website was easy to navigate, the ordering was user friendly and the delivery took less than a week which is GREAT out here in the tules. Setup was easy and worked immediately.

I give 4 stars for now as I received my equipment a couple days ago and the weather hasn't cooperated so I haven't had a chance to get it set up. I will edit once I finally get that done. Service is great and prompt, website was easy to navigate and place an order. I placed two different orders with in a couple days of one another and received them quicker than expected.
