We are yet to travel, however I had needed dates for our upcoming travel adjusted. I had emailed at 830pm and had updated itineraries same night by 930pm. Customer Service was really amazing.

Excellent and rapid service from Wise and Silent

WaS offered everything I needed at a very good price. I later added two countries to my itinerary and they provided an updated certificate within the hour, despite being outside of business hours. I haven’t travelled yet, so can’t comment on the claim process.

Great service and easy to use

Unfortunately we had issues with our trip and several flights were cancelled due to a volcanic eruption however failing a claim has been very easy and the team at WAS have been helpful and supportive, I'll definitely use it again.

I had a few date changes regarding the…

I had a few date changes regarding the trip and phoned in and the customer service representative was extremely polite and very helpful, even waived a small fee for the changes, and I wasn't on hold for very long on the phone which Waa a blessing, also followed up very Promptly with an email, a little more expensive than some but the service I recieved was well worth it! Well Done and highly recommend!
