Support is exceptional!
I had an issue downloading my world, and I got a response within just a couple of hours (Due to time zones, afterwards the response times were just minutes!). My issue was due to having to transfer player data to the level.dat data, and they did that for me and then gave me a zip file. Truly a 10/10 experience!

The service is top notch service
The service is top notch service...the customer service exceptionally nice and quite responsive during thier working hours...since maybe because of different time zones...the only thing i can bicker about is pricing...it quite pricey however if you want the best then i would definitely recommend wisehosting.

Absolutely fantastic company!
I've used WiseHosting twice within the past few years. Not only does the server run amazing, even with mods and around 10 people on the server, their tech support is fantastic! They got back to me within ten minutes and had my problem resolved within twenty. I don't think I'd ever use a different hosting site!
