Lousy Service

After months of trying to get WISESTAMP on my business email, you sent numerous advertisements on my personal email. I canceled so many times to no avail. Your staff ignored every attempt to fix or quit.

Too confusing

Too confusing. I don't want help with emails All I want is a nice 'signature' with occasional banner app.
It doesn't load very fast even when I think it's working.

Disappointing Experience with WiseStamp on Office 365

We integrated WiseStamp into our O365 environment, which includes multiple domain names in one tenancy, but encountered numerous issues. The signature loads slowly or sometimes doesn’t load at all, and we’ve had to resync WiseStamp frequently. After working with their support team for four months without resolving the issue, we requested a cancellation and refund.

It took over two months for them to process the cancellation, and they didn’t refund the full subscription cost. They charged us for the four months we spent troubleshooting WiseStamp, even though it never worked properly.

When we asked to speak with management, the Customer Success Team Leader essentially said that because their team had been working to resolve the issues, they wouldn’t refund the four months, despite the software not functioning as expected since implementation.

I would not recommend WiseStamp to anyone using an Office 365 environment, especially if you have multiple domain names in your tenancy.

Love using the app

Ever since I started using WiseStamp I feel a greater level of confidence when sending emails. Knowing I have a signature behind my name makes emailing even more pleasant. I hope they continue to allow the free version because it currently works well for me. I will recommend WiseStamp to my friends and colleagues.

Disappointed with WiseStamp's Pricing, Support, and Outdated Service

I recently looked into using WiseStamp for email signatures, but I was really disappointed with their pricing, support, and overall service. Their website doesn't clearly explain the costs for monthly and yearly plans. I found out that if you renew for a year, it's at full price, and they don't mention this anywhere on their site. This hidden cost feels unfair.

I also had a bad experience with their customer support. I emailed them several times about adding a custom design to my email signature and never got a reply. Their slow and unhelpful support made me decide to look for other options.

When I tried to remove WiseStamp from my Gmail, it was really hard. There wasn't an easy way to do it, and the process was confusing. This made the whole experience even more frustrating.

Additionally, the overall look and feel of WiseStamp were very dated. It didn't seem like they had updated their service in a long time, which was disappointing when compared to other modern options available.

Because of their unclear pricing, poor support, difficult removal process, and outdated service, I chose a different provider. I recommend that future buyers be careful and consider these problems before choosing WiseStamp.

Typical subscription scam

It is damn near impossible to cancel an account. Their instructions send you to a small link under your profile which links to a form which apparently goes nowhere. I completed it multiple times to no avail. Then, their customer support email which is all over the site is nonfunctional and generates a response email to send you to another form. This one finally worked but I was billed for about 4 months after my first attempt to cancel. This is AFTER originally having a duplicate account under the same email address when I first signed up to which they basically said “tough luck.” I would NOT recommend this company.

It keeps coming back like a plague.

It keeps coming back like a plague.
After trying the free version and remove it, it keep coming back on my gmail account even if I removed from the plugins and signature setting more than one time. It's a spam product and I don't recommend to even try it for free. I am awaiting help from their customer support.

Ghosted when trying to upgrade seats

Imagine ghosting a paid customer when they're trying to upgrade their subscription. It's insanity.

This is exactly what Wisestamp are doing.

I needed an extra seat for a new employee, but their model means you can only buy in batches of 10. There's no way I'm paying for 9 extra seats that aren't needed. I submitted a support request and they came back offering 15, which is fine. When I emailed back asking for the price and next steps, I was ghosted. Wow!

Safe to say we're going elsewhere. This is not how you treat paying customers, especially when they're trying to spend more money.

This company is fake!

This company is fake. These are scammers. They have a very very bad product and the customer support doesn't help you. They literally ignore your emails.

They charge you money when you cancel a subscription and they will never refund you.

This is criminal. Disgusting company.
