Basically a new laptop when condition…
Basically a new laptop when condition was listed as (Very good) so I was pleasantly surprised seeing it in near mint condition. It doesn't come in the original box which is fine, they do come with a charger, which is what I was worried about when I got it because it wasn't listed as included, overall everything was better than expected and I will definitely be recommending friends and family if they are looking for great refurbished technology. 5/5

No warranty on bad battery
Bought a computer from Uber store in partnership with Wisetek in October as a Christmas gift, Christmas arrives and it doesn't turn on without being plugged in, had a bad battery and when I contacted support, was told I had a 30 day warranty under the partnership with Uber store. I hope they had checked the battery status before selling. Had to sort it out myself and pay 130 euros more.

I reached out to customer service as I wasn’t sure which device I should buy my mother for her birthday, they replied within a few hours with 5-6 options for me in difference price ranges, which really helped.
