Absolutely ripped off . Total scam . Please do not use as it’s so hard to cancel and you’ll be tied into a subscription that you don’t want .

Not very useful. Expensive subscription. After your subscription expires, they lock your already paid content.

Scam company!

Scam company!
Aimed at people with adhd who the company know are not going to read small print. Used this once. Did not find it helpful at all, then a few months later found my account was overdrawn as a payment for £55 had been taken out. When you read the small print you are signing up for a subscription even if most of you won’t use it as it’s not very good. Explained my disabilities and asked for a refund. Was told that payments are final and no refunds are given. Avoid the company and don’t make the mistake I did

Great customer service

An almost immediate response that was courteous, compassionate, informative, helpful and most of all accomplished what I wanted (cancel the repeated charges on something I've never used as my add/adhd apparently sidetracked me immediately after signing up) without trying to talk me out of it or sell me on something else - that goes a long way in considering checking it out again in the future. Thank you!

Can't review the app as I never used…

Can't review the app as I never used it. Signed up and was charged £39.99 per month. When I tried to cancel and request a refund, I was initially refered to their "Money-Back Policy" and offered a 50% goodwill gesture. What they failed to mention is that their internal refund policy is entirely irrelevant under UK consumer law, specifically the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

After making clear I would pursue a PayPal dispute, they processed two refunds in full, my initial complaint only required one. It shouldn't take knowledge of consumer law and the threat of a formal dispute to get basic fair treatment.

Seemed to be hoping I would accept 50% of one payment and go away. I ended up with 4 times that. If you've been told their policy means you can't get a refund, that's not true. Also anyone from Wisey looking in, if you had not continually pointed me to your "refund policy" I would have been happy to leave you with one of the payments, as a gesture of good will.

Con that scams money from people

Con that scams money from people with opaque information about subscriptions and payments. I had sudden incremental and extortionate payments at times I didn't expect. This is a marketing scam with little value. They steal as much money from you as quickly as possible before you quit because it's useless yet dressed up to look great.

EDIT: They have provided a canned reply to quash the truth and make it seem like they weren't in the wrong. Watch out, they are snakes. NEVER purchase their app! They lie!
