AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - Subscription based scams

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. So surprised this has good reviews. I've experienced it as one of those fraud apps that secretly sign you up to a subscription. It's supposed to help people but seems like a con. First it charged for an ebook, it said it was a free trial then the subscription rose rapidly to charging £39.99 and £40 on the same day. £79.99!!!!! What for? Had lots of polite Chatgpt emails talking about USD, but no refund. They said it's in their small print. Life it too short for these crazy subscriptions!!!!

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT! This is a warning not to download and use this app. I agreed to the initial $9.99 monthly fee to use the app. When my credit card bill came there was an additional $20.99 charged to my card that I never authorized. When I contacted customer support, they refused to refund my money in full stating that I had agreed to in-app charges. I NEVER clicked on anything other than what I considered to be normal buttons used in the functioning of the app that I paid for.

My advice: stay away. The content isn't that great and there are better apps on the market that wont scam you out of hard-earned cash.

For a company is who is suppose to be…

For a company is who is suppose to be support ADHD - Who can have challenges with budgeting - I’m extremely disappointed with the charge taken without any prior notice. And the cost has also increased massively compared to before. This feels unfair and unprofessional. Customers deserve transparency, especially when prices change so drastically. I expected better communication and clearer billing practices.

Charged $300 for a service I never…

Charged $300 for a service I never used. Canceled and requested a refund after realizing I'd been billed for a membership I hadn't logged into once. The company refused — wouldn't even offer a partial refund as a good-faith gesture.
The business model here relies on people forgetting to cancel. If you do sign up, set a reminder to cancel before renewal, because they will not work with you after the fact. I'd recommend looking at alternatives before committing any money here.

Scam Test - read this

I just did the test and said everyhwhere that I dont have any problems (like Id be the perfect human who has no struggles),

Waste of money

Waste of money, better off using your phone's calendar. They hide behind their no refund policy, yet market to you to save more with the 3 month plan. Marketing bait for a App that falls extremely short of the bullseye. Save your money. I only had the App for a few hours when I contacted them.

I had an issue with a subscription…

I had an issue with a subscription charge after what I believed was a canceled trial, which was definitely frustrating at first. However, I reached out to customer support, and they handled the situation professionally.

After explaining my case, the team reviewed it carefully and processed a full refund. I really appreciate their willingness to listen and resolve the matter fairly.
