Absolutely appalling experience with Best Bond Cleaners. They rescheduled TWICE, causing massive delays, and when they finally showed up, the cleaner did a HORRIBLE job. I had to create a huge list of things that were still dirty. When they sent the cleaner back, he didn’t even have proper equipment! No mop, no vacuum—just a ladder and a cloth. To make things worse, he actually offered to PAY US to finish the job ourselves. Completely unprofessional and insulting!

The place was left a mess—dirty floors, filthy kitchen, uncleaned sliding doors, and more. I paid for a FULL bond clean, but what I got was a joke. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs!

This Brisbane bond cleaning company, also operating under the deceptive guise of "Best Bond Cleaners," is hands down the epitome of incompetence! I cannot stress enough how atrocious my experience with them has been.

Firstly, their website is a complete sham. Despite boasting professionalism, it's evident that the entire operation is run by individuals of Indian descent. This discrepancy alone sets the tone for the deceitful practices lurking within.

Attempting to reach them by phone is a futile endeavor. While they're quick to answer their sales line, their support line might as well be a black hole of communication. Countless attempts to rectify the abysmal job they did on my carpet resulted in being hung up on repeatedly. It's as if they take pleasure in avoiding accountability!

To add insult to injury, they flat out refused to reclean the carpet, despite it being left in a disgraceful state after their initial attempt. Not only did they have to send their cleaners out three times, but I was also forced to foot the bill for an additional carpet cleaner and another cleaner to fix their botched job.

And don't even get me started on their pricing tactics. Despite clearly stating in the quote that we reside in a townhouse, they had the audacity to tack on extra charges for cleaning the stairs. It's blatant highway robbery!

To top it all off, they conveniently lack a Google page, conveniently shielding themselves from the scathing reviews they rightfully deserve.

Consider this a dire warning: steer clear of this so-called "bond cleaning" company at all costs! Your sanity and wallet will thank you later.

Just a heads up for anyone else looking for a bond cleaner. I thankfully have found a proper and trustworthy one now. HOWEVER, before this:
On 02 March 2024, I got a quote through 'Bond cleaning Ipswich' website. The email they sent me was a 'job confirmation' for the company wish clean but not a booking confirmation, and stated that it would only be reserved AFTER we paid our $50 deposit. It remained on their website as unconfirmed.
Fast track to Saturday 30/03/2024 - and I realised my mistake. I hadn't received any official booking confirmation PLUS I ended up seeing the reviews where people have stated it was a scam, and so I called and asked them to cancel the booking. The person on the phone said it was cancelled and that I would receive my refund within 2 to 3 days. I went to the website and it said it was cancelled.
TODAY - 01/04/2024 - I recieved an sms from the company stating that my booking was confirmed, and to pay the remaining amount on the days the cleaners arrive. I explained to the person (named Sheenu) that I had cancelled it and was just waiting on my deposit refund. WELL, this Sheenu dude then proceeded to try and gaslight me, try and tell me I did receive correspondense. All of a sudden there was this "policy" saying if we didn't cancel it within 24 hours of making the booking, it wouldn't be refunded (when technically based on that rule, he only confirmed this morning, so it's definitely been enough time). He tried to get me to pay another $30 for an $80 cancellation fee that in the email states is only payable if you cancel 24 hours before the date of the clean. Sheenu then proceeded to call me Nikita. Through all of these he was also calling me Teresa, despite me correcting him.
Turns out the company is a scam and that they have either done this before, or they wait until the day of the clean and charge an arm and leg for a $5 job. They have a habit of ghosting people and gaslighting them according to the reviews. I wish I had found these reviews before I booked with them.

I would give negative rating if I could. They did an absolutely horrible job which I have photos of. Kept asking for more money for unnecessary stuff and I actually cannot explain how appalled we were by their work and customer service. They also literally damaged the wall. This company is a scam and I wish I read the reviews prior to booking - i hope this review can help someone else save their hard-earned money. Scum.

booked a bond clean service 3br 2bth downstairs laundry and toilet area and was informed it would be performed professionally to RTA bond checklist, offered the entry report and was instructed it was not required, rescheduled due to moving issues and paid a deposit along with a reschedule fee, once team of one was on-site then sent photos of additional areas with an attempt to solicit further fee of $400 on top of fee of $516 dollars already paid, settled on additional $200 for additional rooms, cleaner spent 3hrs with one rag to clean toilets,floors and windows, all in made the job more of a mess of a place that was tidy to start off with. would not recommend highly questionable practice with extortion of already stressed tenants.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!
I booked a bond clean on my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. The cleaners got there and tried to tell me it needed 'extra attention' I can assure you it definitely didn't, they wanted me to pay an extra $250 for this service.
They advised me they were finished the bond clean after 3 hours, their website says 10 hours for a 4-bedroom bond clean, I am sorry but how are you done in 3 hours!!!!!!!
I also paid for carpets to be steam clean and they were not done, they lied to me and told me they did them.
I called the company and told them they have to go back, they changed the day and time on me 6 times and then refused to go back.
And I will also add the cleaner forced entry and broke our gate.

This company is next-level unprofessional, a 2 year old could of done a better job.

I paid them the deposit of 50 dollars, and then the day of the cleaning an additional 485. As the other people have described, the money was demanded beforehand, and strangely enough, had to be bank deposit. Luckily in hindsight to be honest because it's a scam. They did absolutely nothing in my house. They left my bathroom in worse condition than I left it in. They agreed over the phone to return the next day to clean my house, and then never turned up and I had to have another company fix it. Haven't offered to return my money, and I will be pursuing them through the A.C.C.C as the product I have purchased was not as described. I took photos and I will be posting them all over google with hashtags.

I paid a deposit at $50 on the day of the bond cleaners turned up late a hour then there boss rings me to say before they start the bond clean I had the pay full amount straight away.total BS...and they said with the cleen the walls not included in a full bond clean.what a joke ..and they did a bad job cost me $700 me and my wife had to go over the stuff that they didn't clean..never go cheap again this is a bad company be awhere

It's simply not true. This is a scam company that spends more time and money trying to clean up their online image more than they will spend on your house.

This company is beyond a joke. I have never in my life dealt with a more poorly run, poorly communicative and outright scammy company.

If you're looking for bond cleaners, AVOID these ones. They state on their website to have 'upfront and transparent pricing', then when they arrive, they try and charge an extra $200 for 'a big window and door'. They demand you pay immediately, even though the quote is different to what they originally stated. They then threaten that the cleaner (who had been there for an hour already) was going to leave if I didn't pay the extra cost immediately. The extra charges they say are utterly unjustified. They are insanely rude, and the customer service is appalling.

Another thing, if you book a bond clean with carpet and pest control, these are booked through DIFFERENT people, even though you're booking through the 'one company'. I had the pest control person ask me when I'll be at the property for access (I had given keys and access to the cleaner in the morning) and he expected me to drive back over the other side of town to open up the apartment again because the cleaner had left.

NO WHERE in the website or booking form, does it state you'll have to attend the property multiple times for multiple people (as they contract the work out, it's not done by the one company).

They also refuse to confirm if the carpets were actually cleaned. I attended the property afterwards and the carpets clearly hadn't been done. They still smelt musty and looked to have only had a vaccuum. The company refuses to confirm in writing if this was done, even though it has been paid for and outlined in the quote. Absolute scam artists and will be reporting to the authoriries.

Do yourself a favour and learn from our mistakes (everyone here who has had the same experience). Avoid this 'company' like the plague and if you see them, report them. Nothing more than scam artists.

Scammers ..settled in a price paid my deposit only to have them call that day if my clean to say it’s going to be a extra $159.00 and I must pay the entire amount of my clean on the spot before they would start.
I offered to pay half then the rest when finished ..only to have a rude person say no you pay it all now. I canceled my clean and they refused to give me back my $50.00 deposit utterly disgusted in the way I was spoken to, and the way they demanded that I paid up front while their cleaner was at my property but would not start until I paid the total amount.
This was not stipulated in their original quote to pay up front .. I’m wondering I had paid would the job have even been finished.STAY CLEAR of these scammers..they keep changing company names which is a red flag 😡

Scammers, and the worst cleaners ever. Avoid at all cost.
One example, I paid for carpet cleaning, these scammers didn't clean them, and refused to come back to do the job.
They also act under the name Best Bond Cleaners (bestbondcleaners.com.au). Go check the reviews and see what these scammers did to other people.

So a follow up from previous review of this awlful company.
The bond clean was a huge fail, plus they attempted to con me out of a further $250 on the day of the clean.
When the estate agent contacted your company, she was met by a torrent of abuse and refusal to rectify the clean.
Following my complaint as a 'good will gesture' the company will refund $50. Unbelievable, they are being reported and will need to offer a greater refund, as I had to pay another company to rectify the clean.

I am just looking at the Wish Clean web site and am wondering what I am actually looking at. I had wish clean come to a house I was leaving today, they were supposed to come yesterday but didnt show, no phone call and I had waited an hour and then rang them. Today one chap arrived at 8am and said I had to pay the rest of the account before they would begin. THEY there was no one else there he was by himself and then they wanted to charge me another $40 for an extra room, which I didnt have. So this ONE person told me more people were coming in an hour, they didnt. I would never use wish clean again and I certainly wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Very unsatisfied customer here.

Wish Clean PTY LTD (ABN 94 657 661 517) use other companies called Bond Clean Sydney, Cheap Bond Cleaning Sydney, Bond Cleaning Sydney all with terrible reviews and equally terrible websites with similar versions in every state to do their 'dirty work'. Wish Clean Pty Ltd do this to keep their terrible work practices hidden.

SCAM ALERT - Booked a bond clean in Sydney - paid my money and Bond Clean Sydney/Wish Clean cancel the night before at 6pm due to 'emergency' - rebook for day after as 'priority' and they cancel via text 10 minutes after the job was due to begin due to 'cleaner medical emergency'. No one from the business will provide ABN number or confirm Entity Name to make a complaint to ACCC/Fair Trading. Wish Clean Pty Ltd keep referring back to Bond Clean Sydney - Bond Clean Sydney website has no terms and conditions nor privacy/policy = SCAM WEBSITE - hung up on multiple times attempting to get a refund - many promised call back but nothing happened. NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS - SCAM ALERT

Terrible job !!! Paid for a bond clean and when I went to check it before I returned the keys to the agent I was disgusted. Ended up spending 2 hrs finishing the job myself.
Requested partial refund and they keep going around in circles, im furious!!!
I wont quit till I get some money back !

Very bad experience, paid $660 for house cleaning, cleaner left the property only after cleaning in 1.5 hours. hardly any cleaning done. Even the cleaners mobile was switched off after and not reachable. place still in the same condition. they asked to transfer the full payment before even the job is started and they leave the property without doing any work, this company is a scam. also keys locked inside the property and I was stranded. i would have given -5 but no option

If I could give less stars I 100% would. This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. They beg for your business at the start and once they have the deposit the communication almost instantly stops and that's just the beginning.

They find random cleaners on gumtree that are more than unprofessional and subcontract them out, they ask for payment before the job is completed because as you can see from all the terrible reviews the job is hardly ever satisfactory.

I asked for a reclean because the first time the property was left almost the same as I left it apart from maybe a vacuum, sweep and mop the reclean was apparently done but when I went to inspect it, it didn't even look like anyone had stepped foot in the property. My husband had to spend 5 hours deep cleaning the property from top to bottom. I tried to contact the company for days without being able to get through via email or phone and finally got through explaining that I had sent photos of the apparent clean and the awful job that was done and I wanted a full refund but after days of contacting them was told that they would give me my $50 bond back which is just insulting as we ended up having to do the full job ourselves anyway.

Please if you have had this experience, take the small amount of time to contact the ACCC to get this business shut down for good so it doesn't keep happening to others.

If it hasn't happened to you (yet) then please steer clear of this business.

DO NOT BOOK THIS CLEANING COMPANY!
I wished I had read the reviews before booking them.
We initially booked them to do a bond cleaning before Christmas & on the day of the clean, within 5 minutes the cleaner told my husband that the full balance payment would need to be paid before they did any cleaning.
This is where we made a mistake & we obliged & paid the full balance payment.
It took them all day to clean & when we came back later in the afternoon to lock up, the house still looked dirty & the tiles was sticky & the walls, cupboards etc wasn’t even cleaned properly.
We paid $824.50 for the bond cleaning & they did a horrendous job with the clean.
Our property manager told us when they did a quick inspection a few days later that it wasn’t even to the “bond cleaning standards” yet alone “general cleaning standards”. In the real estate agent’s own words, “I don’t think this cleaner knows how to clean”.
Paying over $800 cleaning you would think the house would be spotless but no, it was the opposite.
I then had to try to contact their office & it took them a long time to respond even though I stated in my email that it was urgent & that the cleaner would need to return ASAP.
No, they took their time in responding & when I did respond, it took a long time again to get an answer & by the time a re- clean was made, it was too late & our property manager had already done their exit report (which we failed as the cleaning was not done properly).
I still persisted & made wish clean return to do the cleaning only for them to cancel the booking as they didn’t have an available cleaner in our area (they could have told me this earlier).
When we finally made another booking, I was told that the cleaner would call me by 8:00am the following day & 5 hours later, I got a call from the cleaner saying he was at the house.
No phone call or text message saying the cleaner would be late.
Their office then tried to say that they didn’t confirm a time (even though they sent an email saying 8:00am & I would get a call).
Long story short, THEY OVERCHARGE, NOT CLEAN PROPERLY, DEKAYED COMMUNICATION & WILL NOT REFUND!
Terrible, terrible company. Please do not use them.

I wish a read the reviews before booking.

I organised wish clean to provide a final bond inspection clean for a small 1 bed apartment. The cleaner arrived nearly 30 mins late and it was all downhill from there, not well presented when they arrived and seemed to be lacking general interest.

I was asked to pay the final amount before the job was finished, which ended up being an incomplete job.

*Skirting boards still had dust
*Toilet was not cleaned enough
* failed to remove all cobwebs from lounge room.
*dust still on window sills
* carpet not vacuumed adequately
(Visible dust and debris on carpet still)
* debris still on lightswitch

All the above is photo documented.

No response after i messaged through photos and no response from cleaner after trying to call.

Do not rely on this company if you wish to receive your bond back, as you will be doing yourself a disservice. Please look for another company that is more well equipped with a higher attention to detail.
