Scam, items never arrived

Don’t waste your money, fraudulent website

I ordered a calendar as a Xmas present. Was sent the wrong one so I contacted them.
They said that they didn't know when the correct one would be printed and offered me £4 back. Having paid them £14.98 I suggested that it would be a good idea for them to fully refund me. I have not heard since, despite 4 follow up emails.
Avoidance is not attractive in customer service!

Scammers. Sent me the wrong thing. Offered me £4 as compensation then stop replying.

Goods took well over a month to be delivered. When the item arrived it was of substantially poorer quality than the item depicted on the website.

Ordered 2 sea glass Christmas decorations on 10th December 2025. Couldn’t track package but it eventually arrived 31st December 2025.
Decorations were a joke. Not a piece of glass in sight. Thin plastic covered with a sticker that was meant to represent the glass. Disgusted.
Have emailed every week since but no reply. Informed bank re the charge and will be contacting Trading Standards through Citizens Advice.

I placed an order on 13/12/2025 with "guaranteed Christmas delivery". Yeah, what year though??? I do not have the item I ordered and the company ignore emails.

Ordered a sun catcher from them and it arrived snapped in half. Emailed them and all I got was that they would refund me half my money . Now ignoring my emails . Absolute scam

Having placed an order in error, I contacted the company immediately to cancel the order. My email was deliberately ignored, and the order was sent anyway. Once the goods arrived, I paid for them to be sent back to the returns address on the website. A couple of weeks later the goods arrived back with me again, stating that the addressee was not known.
I would urge anyone to give this company a swerve, as they do not operate by the very rules they claim to on their website.

Update re item ordered from Wishoppe. Arrived just before Christmas split in two. Packaging was insufficient. Trying to get a refund but they are not responding. Dreadful don’t touch them with a barge pole.

Thank you for the very very miniature figure you sent me ( Quirky Cat) Disgraceful and just a plastic form covered with fuzz and NOT Felt thst you discribed and as shown in your promotion Video TOTALLY Disgracefull and criminal, you should be ashamed of your Scam and I hope you get closed down, nearly £20 for such a tiny figure and NOT THE size shown on you advert video . No customer service, sent complaint email, no reply Hope You Choke on your swindle you are just scamm artists John British Armed Forces Veteran.

I ordered the ryobi keyring set for £40 beginning of dec .. still have not recieved .. thankfully my bank refunded a week or so ago .. I’m not holding my breath of these actually turning up as tracking always shows an error

Do no purchase anything from these slants

Purchased an F1 style calendar for my daughter. The delivery did eventually come (missing the Christmas deadline, and possibly because I chased the delivery) despite tracking service not working. It turned out to be a rip-off copy of a design done by an Irish artist. Aside from any copyright issues, the copying process rendered the product laughable. A Palestinian flag for the Dubai GP, illegible and nonsensical text in the artistry, and certain events 'highlighted' in white (on a white background, therefore not visible!) If you want prompt delivery, functional tracking ability, and a product which has integrity, look elsewhere!!

Ordered 2 x note books and paid £12.50 for each including delivery for gifts
They arrived with repeated content and very disappointing on size and content to that advertised

Wrong item received, no option for refund, £5 compensation offered for item that is useless!

Ordered a dachshund calendar a few weeks ago. It turned up as a German shepherd calendar.
I was expecting them to say they’d send another and send the unopened one back .
Instead I got told no refunds and £3 compensation.

Still waiting for my item, despite the fact that my email said the order has been fulfilled. When I go on the tracking link, it doesn’t give me any further information. Have emailed the company but no response.
