This alarms don't work, dont buy it

Wisualarm looks like a bad coppy of Aico 3016, I am surprised aico hasn't sue you yet, 1st and last time installing those. This alarms don't work, they are not compliant, if you have a power loss all have to be programmed again, they don't work on smoke tests, too brittle and too fragile, sound is nowere near 85db and signal from alarm to alarm is more than 3 sec, shame I wasted 2 days to run wiring and install,

I’ve had a positive experience with…

I’ve had a positive experience with WisuAlarm. The product range is well presented, the fire safety solutions feel practical and thoughtfully designed, and the information available is clear and useful.

The team has also been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed support or product information. Overall, a good experience and a brand I’d be happy to recommend.

No Customer Service or Ownership

I found out about this company on google, products presented in a descent manner BUT IT ENDS THERE. there is no phone number to contact them. Contact either by email or WhatsApp but they don’t respond/ reply. A typical Chinese company. They are dodgy, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
