Needed to exchange something. Reached out via the text number AND emailed and never received a response. Plus, they only give you 3 days after delivery to have the return in the mail. BUYER BEWARE! Life is too expensive for these companies to be playing with our money. Won't be purchasing from here again and you shouldn't either.

Ordered a bag to the UK and it arrived within 6 days!

The bag is absolutely beautiful and I was super happy that there were no additional extra import fees to pay (I was expecting it as a possibility so would have happily paid it but even happier that I didn't have to!) it wasn't a hugely expensive item (around £38) so maybe that's why.

Would absolutely order from them again (I have my eye on a few of the beautiful hats) and would recommend as was super impressed with how it was packaged, how quickly it was dispatched and how fast I received it coming from the US!

Wouldn't let me return a too-large $60 dress because of a $3 discount. I didn't think it even counted as something being sufficiently "on sale" to negate a return, but here we are. Also, the stuff that they actually make (as opposed to what they distribute from other brands) runs small. They have some super cute stuff, but I can't recommend them as a seller, unfortunately :(

After getting email confirmation that I could return two shirts and get store credit to buy them in a different size (because the sizing chart is dubious), I never received the store credit and my communication with her after that went unanswered. She essentially stole money from me. Cute stuff but do not recommend.

Ordered a hat, I'm in England and the hat arrived really quickly. Brilliant condition, its really gorgeous.

terrible communication, doesn't respond to emails, ordered my hats and tank top in April, it's now mid may and still nothing. DONT ODER FROM HERE!

Received my order and submitted an email request within the two days they require for returns. They claimed they did not get the email when they responded to my second email. I have since sent at least three more emails and they have not responded to any of them. Would not recommend this company.

Never offer free shipping - even when youve spent $500 at their online store. Shipping costs dont make any sense at all. 2 items is $28 for shipping? Yeah right. They are making extra money. Return policy is whack. Would not spend money at this place.

Wonderful customer service and high quality, unique items. Highly recommend this small business.
