I paid €939 for a Bosch dishwasher with installation; the installation never occurred and subsequent attempts to contact the seller failed. A police report has been filed, and I am seeking remedies through consumer protection channels and the Dutch legal system

This company and Khaled the owner are committing fraud. I have never heard so many lies and broken promises in my life from one person. That was when I could actually reach someone-mostly no one answered the phone and emails went unanswered. Well done to another reviewer who now has the police investigating. In May this year I paid €1850 for a Miele dryer and new freezer door. After over 150 phone calls, messages and emails I still have no product or money. The Webwinkelkeur revoked his membership and stamp of approval and reported him. The business ‘had closed’ according to Google during the last few months and has recently ‘reopened’ with a new address. All the positive reviews on Google relate to the ‘old’ business and are not based on recent experiences. When he ‘closed’ the business on Google you could not leave reviews which is why Trust Pilot is the only reliable source for reviews. The registered company address is public with the KVK and in desperation I have visited the address which is Khaled’s home on three occasions trying to speak to him about the money he owes me but he had not been there and I spoke to his wife begging for help. In late June when I last visit like a coward, he hid inside and called the police(!) then had his employee deal with me and them. He appeared and got in a car with his employee only after he thought I had left. I hope that the legal action results in severe penalties. He is the most dishonest and shady person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
