Misleading and wasteful packaging
I tried the one month trial. And the two main formulas ran out very quickly, and when I took apart the container, it was just a ton of plastic and a little tiny bottle of the actual formula inside.

Please know that our bottles come in two sizes. All Agency members get a small bottle with their trial that typically lasts 30 days with regular use. After the trial period, all members will receive a large, two-month bottle every 60 days. You will receive one or two bottles with each shipment depending on if you are using the Future Formula, the Dark Spot Formula, or both.
In our small Future Formula bottle, it will contain 12g of product inside. For our large Future Formula bottle, it will include 24g worth of product. In the small Dark Spot Formula, it will contain 9g whereas the large Dark Spot Formula includes 18g of product.

Agency skin care products along with their customer service
The Agency skincare system is the absolute best and most affordable I’ve been able to find. These products have completely changed my skin. I’m 41 and get compliments all the time on how my complexion is phenomenal and how I look like I’m in my late 20s. Although I’ve taken preventative measure over the years to keep my skin vibrant and young, Agency has pushed me to the next level. I recommend these products 100 times over.
I would also like to add, I had my first little issue with billing this morning and customer service went above and beyond to help me! Sammy is the best!!!
Do yourself a favor and try these products for a month and see what happens.

Finicky dispenser

They lost my replacement package as well
I have already written one review on this company, and I thought my issue was going to be resolved. I was wrong. When they lost my first package, they shipped another one weeks later. Well guess what? They lost that one too. It said it was delivered, but it was not. I went to the post office to talk to them in person, they said the tracking and all the information was wrong and I needed to contact sender. I have sent numerous emails to no reply. The fact they commented on my last review acting like they helped me is a facade and shows the absolute negligence and irresponsibility of this company. They took my money a month ago and still have not delivered this small package.I wanted to try this skincare so badly, but there is no way the product will be worth it after all the hell I've been through. This company and their customer service are pathetic. I don't believe any of those comment and reviews on this website are real.

There have been a few glitches in transferring my account from Curology to Agency and everyone has been super helpful, prompt, kind and understanding. I know some of my email messages are auto generated, but I do have text exchanges with real people and they’re always prompt and helpful. Looking forward to starting my new skincare routine with consistency!!

Go with Agency. They smoke the competition.
I’ve tried several other companies like Musely (I liked them but there wasn’t the complete regime available there, only one of my skin issues was answered). I have to say Agency’s quality, customer service, and most importantly the results are hands-down better than anything out there.
If you are at all interested in changing your face routine for the better. Go with Agency (and yes, I am a real person lol)
