Love how you get the results, the follow up from doctors is great, the platform is amazing! Overall it made it feel like I was really taking control of my health and what I can do to improve it. I had a marker very out of range and the team quickly help me understand what I could do about it and now I am all healthy and good :)

I was desperately looking for a preventative health service like Emerald in the UK for a long time, and am so happy I found them. Smooth process, good comms, friendly staff, great tech/dashboard. My advice is to get on the waitlist ASAP :)

I had just hit 40 so I thought a health test would just be a good idea. The whole experience was brilliant, signing up was super easy and there was a test centre just down the road from my office. I was in and out within 45 minutes and got my test results 72 hours later.

The results were super interesting to look at and so in-depth. I went over them and got recommendations from one of their GP's, who was so professional and knowledgeable.

Such a great service. I'll be coming back each year. Highly recommended.

Someone like Emerald has been needed in the market for a long time.

Despite early days, they have provided a great efficient service and are actively looking at ways to grow their offering. A real difference for me has been the ability to link into a GP to review the results. The discussion was very useful and not rushed like in the NHS.

Amazing product! Intuitive interface, and most importantly outstanding service and medical competence. Preventative health is a sensitive area and I was initially sceptical about using an "app" for it, but seeing how individualized, personal and medically sound Emerald service is, I changed my mind! I have tried a lot of the private market testing and there are a lot of good providers. Emerald is a cut above the rest. The report you get is completely bespoke with actionable advise and unlimited contact points by chat. I’ve never seen a product that offers this level of insight and guidance in the UK market. Would 100% recommend.

I was greatly impressed by the service offered by Emerald. The booking process was simple and user-friendly, and the entire experience felt well thought out from start to finish. The health analysis was comprehensive and clearly tailored to my specific needs, rather than a generic overview. It offered genuine insight and practical recommendations. What stood out most was the excellent follow-up: being able to speak with a live GP to discuss the results gave the whole process real clinical weight and reassurance. For the level of service provided, it was exceptional value for money. Highly recommended.

My experience with Emerald was easy, friendly and very professional. The visit to the lab was super quick. I also appreciated getting the comprehensive results in a way that was understandable for someone not in the medical field. The experience led to me pay more attention to some areas (nutrition) with a higher degree of motivation and the perspective of checking progress a few months later. It also highlighted how most of my current habits translate into very positive indicators. And that’s also useful and encouraging!

Great platform to consolidate health data from different sources and to stay on top of it. The blood testing process was really smooth, and good value compared to some standalone options. The GP feedback and call felt a lot more thoughtful and personal compared to what I’m used it to - it’s not just generic advice to exercise more and eat better.

I've been using this service since soon after they launched. It was great to see how much detailed information they could extract from the blood samples, which surprised me as a regular blood donor. It was also great to integrate wearable data in the analysis and to be able to chat with a GP to clarify any doubts and the step forwards
