Terrific staff team
So i had a complaint, tickets didn't work. I went to their Discord server and i sent a few screenshots of the ticket system being broken. I literally asked a question and complained that a few of their features are broken (there were a number of bugs) and i got a dm from the developer:
"i don't make things for you to criticise
i make them for fun
get a life"
He literally banned me from the support server because i had a complaint/wanted to report some bugs. Meh app with loads of bugs and incredibly bad staff.

However, in your bug report and ticket, you used vulgar language which forced us to disregard your issue. However, shortly after, we found a bug that could have been causing your issue - this has since been fixed.

Bad support system, staff is VERY bad. App is buggy, loads of features not implemented (if you're not gonna implement a feature, don't add the field, like password reset and 2FA are not there, there is no developer portal etc, all features that were advertised). App UI is also very cluttered with loads of text that just wants to say one thing: 'You have no products'. There is stupidly large footer on the site. Also leaked my password (this was NOT pre-release; the app was publicly available, so it shouldn't have leaked my password).

Not so good
Not so good, I tried to login and it took 3 attemps for it to actually login. It wouldn't launch the game i wanted to launch (Lumber World). I wanted to create a simple request about the withered discord and i was ignored and told to make a ticket. When the ticket was made, It was ignored and I was informed that the ticket system was broken. The UI is too 'Modern' and looks not great. The UI is crowded and unuser friendly. I wouldn't recommend it as why install an app that doesn't work with messy upload schedules with unmotivated devs and is just a remake of an already existing app (Steam / Itch.io). The TOS is literally a rewrite of Steam's TOS.
Besides all this the staff team are very polite and welcome everyone with open arms. The staff are very helpful and clear.
