Having Lakeisha as a life coach was phenomenal. She truly helped me gain clarity in all areas of my life. Using the Wheel of Life chart, we spent six weeks unpacking various aspects of my life that needed attention. She was supportive and patient throughout the process. Overall, my experience was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Lakeisha. She helped me start the year on the right foot, enabling me to achieve goals I once thought were unachievable. I look forward to working with her in other areas in the near future.

Lakeisha came to give a talk at our Sixth Form College in London where I lead the careers programme and was extremely impressed by her. The Y12 and Y13 students were very engaged in the session and Lakeisha's advice and guidance to them was both clear and inspiring.

Lakeisha recently delivered a session on networking with confidence to the University of Sussex community as part of this year’s mentoring programme. Arranging the session was very easy, Lakeisha has been very easy to talk to and helpful. Her presenting approach was very personable and relatable and she was really supportive and encouraging of all the attendees. The session contained great, practical advice on how to approach a networking and mentoring relationship and how to get the most out of it. Working with Lakeisha was life changing. She possesses a lot of wisdom and her calm and patient attitude allowed me to find direction and clarity on some difficult issues that I was struggling with. I wanted to develop in my career and take back control of my progress but I didn’t quite know how to do it. Within Her helped to give me practical steps of what I could do to put myself in a better position for a promotion as well as challenging limiting thoughts I didn’t know were holding me back. The resources are great and I will definitely continue to use them to develop myself. By the end of the coaching sessions I’m happy to say I got my promotion! Will definitely use this service again!
