Such a beautiful, calm shopping experience. Emily was so helpful and knowledgable. I walked away with two beautiful shirts. Bonus that the shop is doggy friendly too. Sesame enjoyed her treat!

I was given 2 shirts as a present by my niece. One of the shirts has faded near the collar and at the bottom. I emailed WNU, and the upshot is that they say it is wear and tear, and they cannot help me. The green stripe shirt has fared very well. The khaki has not and looks old. They say that my shirt was purchased over a year ago. I explained that I have worn it on only four occasions. My niece has purchased at least six shirts from WNU. I find their approach is rather hard-nosed, and there is little customer care.

I absolutely love everything WNU do, I’m lucky enough to live close by to their store in Belgravia. Jane and the team are always so friendly and helpful with styling, sizing and how to care for the clothes. I wear their shirts religiously and they are worth the investment. So glad they’ve branched out to other clothes, the quality and tailoring js impeccable!

I visited the Elizabeth Street store and had a lovely experience. Claire was a fantastic sales associate and helped me with a much needed wardrobe refresh.

I found the brand on instagram and immediately fell in love with their designs, so I had to check out the store on my trip to London. I was very impressed with the customer service! Big thank you to Jordan who helped with sizing advice (I am used to EU sizes and found that my German 36/38 translates to UK size 6 or 8 depending on the fit). Jordan also gave the best advice for the monogramming of my blouse.
Overall great quality, customer service and I will definitely order some more pieces to Germany now that I know the sizing. If you have the chance I would definitely recommend visiting the store as well!

I already have two WNU shirts and I know from previous experience that the customer service is second to none: help with styles, with sizing and ensuring fast delivery.
This time I had ordered a shirt, but was obliged to cancel at the last minute and Maria did absolutely everything to make sure the situation was sorted for me.
WNU shirts are wonderful and the service is excellent - it feels like a team of friends who will, of course, do their very best for you. Absolutely great.
