This company is a total scam. I purchased a white blazer. I waited for weeks. Come to find out they claim it was delivered to an individual. I told them that I never received anything, I checked with my neighbors. I checked my cameras. Even though I was home the entire day. I contacted the company and the only response they gave me was they show it was delivered to an individual on their end. I asked them for a refund since I did not receive the merchandise and they never responded. Avoid these scammers at all cost.

I had the same issue as Nancy. Ordered 2 full size titanium cutting boards and received 2 boards the size of a license plate. I returned the baby cutting boards and the seller claimed my $119.21 was credited to my paypal account on 7/1/25. One day after receiving my return. The money was never posted to Paypal leaving me out $119.21 +$10 for return postage. I am so angry about this. I will never rely on PAYPAL again.

I too got took by this company. I ordered the titanium cutting boards. The pictures show normal sized boards. what a suprise when they arrived and were micro mini boards! 8x51/2 " usable space.
The took almost a month to get here. After reading these reviews, I realize I got no confirmation email or order number and no way to contact them.
So disappointing!

Absolute rubbish,cheap plastic and did not work. Return policy you pay postage to USA.
After several emails they increased refund from25% to 50%. So I lost £26 on a plastic non working piece of rubbish

Totally unconscionable order process
I ordered what I thought were two (2) titanium chopping boards. I opted out of express shipping and extended warranty and chose to pay with Paypal. At no stage was there a final review of the order giving me the opportunity to cancel. Looking at my Paypal account I then found that I have actually ordered five (5) chopping boards! I immediately contacted Reach and asked to cancel the order for the three additional chopping boards but was informed that the order had already been filled and was ready for shipping, this despite the fact that there was a warning that shipping may be delayed due to overwhelming demand!

I noticed from PayPal that they'd also taken £4.99 for warranty and another £8.99 for premium shipping, neither of which I selected, and they'd set up a subscription. The cameras look like toy cameras and I've recently seen them on Amazon for £16.95 for a set of 2 with really bad reviews. They agreed to refund the shipping and warranty - not yet received over a month later and I cannot return the cameras. AGAIN another scam.

Ordered some cleaner advertised at £19.99 payed by PayPal and this company charged £63 to my account ,got in touch with them immediately but no reply , next day tried again and they said parcel was dispatched and so couldn’t get refund unless I returned parcel after delivery ,which I expect will cost me more than product .Haven’t got product yet and paid £63 + that I cannot afford . Please try and check amount before you pay as they just show you price advertised and then stick on a load of extras. I would not recommend

Don't deserve 1 star. Avoid these guys ! 3 fans bought. 3 different charges ? I found in my PayPal they started a subscription 🤬 wtf. Cancelled that. 20 + emails sent for refund. I threatened to contact my bank and PayPal . Next day all money refunded. I get to keep the 1 unit that was delivered. Rubbish product anyway....it's going in the bin 🤣

Really disappointed with this company
Really disappointed with this company. I ordered a patella brace which arrived 10 days after ordering, then today I am charged $29 for club membership. I certainly did not authorise this payment and am having trouble trying to reach them to cancel same.

I started to order an item for Shopperoc and discontinued but somehow got billed for multiple transactions I did not want plus enrolled into an associated automatic payment system with each transaction!!! The support address for disputes with this supplier was 'With Reach' & I immediately emailed them for a refund. They replied after 9 days essentially saying they are the supplier for 'Shopperoc Embedded' but can't/won't help in any way but I should contact support @ Shopperoc direct. No further contact info such as a phone number provided. In other words Shopperoc say contact support@WithReach and WithReach say contact Shopperoc. I am very reluctant to contact either of these fraudsters again.
