I prepared an order that could not be delivered in Germany, where I live.
From a company named WITT-International, with headquarters in Germany, KvK registered in Germany, I expected deliverance in Germany wouldn't be an issue.
I am very disappointed.
Could WITT International expand their territorium?
When living the Netherlands all went well, good quality for regionale proces.

I get so frustrated when I receive a sale leaflet through the post and right away I try and order a few things and lo and behold it’s all out of stock😡😡 I fall for it every time but no more when it comes through the front door it will go right out the back door to the recycling bin 😠😠😠

I cannot access because I have forgotten my password unfortunately my email cannot receive a reminder from them either their prompt doesn’t seem to work for some reason
and I found out that I cannot email them from their website as it bounces back to me
there appears to be no UK customer service telephone number now
it’s very frustrating when they used to be so good in the past and I had ordered quite a few items from them for my Mum as I wished to now for her birthday

In september 2021 fleece jack gekocht in januari 2022 laatkabel van de rits los. Na klacht bericht dat dat normale slijtage was ( 4maanden?) en ze niets er aan deden. Schandalig!!

I ordered three tops. One arrived. The other two were to follow. A second one arrived. No further mention was made of the third. I have paid for all three. I HAVE BEEN OWED A TOP SINCE OCTOBER 2021 AND HAVE RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION, APOLOGY OR REFUND. DISGUSTINIG SERVICE. I AM APPALLED.

Update 30th Sept.
FINALLY got my refund (after contacting CEO) but still waiting for the requested explanation for the delay and poor customer service. They seem to want to blame the courier (!) so I will be contacting them in an attempt to ascertain the real reason for delay as WITT either can't or won't tell me. Response from them below still not in English though I have alerted them to this further error a few times. Will definitely NEVER deal with them again and have advised friends and family to avoid.
UPDATE...Can't read the response...not in English! Says A LOT abouy the company that they cannot get the language correct.!!
Purchased 2 pairs of trousers which were of very poor quality so requested a return VIA THEIR WEB SITE by Hermes. Hermes collected the parcel on 13th August. After three weeks there was no sign of refund. Contacted them to be told when parcel turned up I'd get refund! Gave them the details of collection and have been e mailing 2 or 3 times a day trying to get MY money back from them. Have pointed out that if they or Hermes have lost the parcel the responsibility is not mine. Have asked under freedom of information act for the FULL contact dtails of their CEO which they have not yet supplied. They wanted a phone number to discuss but I refused to give this as not trusting them to act it is better to have all communications in writing. Latest communication a short time ago says someone will get back to me in THREE working days. What a joke! I have made enquiries and it seems legally I can claim interest on the amount they owe me. Would advise everyone to steer well clear of this company

I was charged for two items which never arrived. I called Customer Service twice and also wrote to them twice, but no response. They have my money and I have no items, which is against UK law.

This is the second time I’ve had trouble with Witt, there won’t be another chance. Customer service is shocking. Paid for next day delivery for my parcel to turn up the day after the selected date (that I paid for) to then be told I wasn’t charged for next day delivery. The first time, I paid for things that didn’t even arrive! Not helpful in the slightest and clearly don’t care. If I could give 0 stars... I would!!!

I sent an order to witt for over £100 with this order was a free lucky dip handbag...(showing a picture of one of four decent looking handbags)...I recieved part of my order with what they call a handbag...j would call it a piece of glittery cloth with two handles...(terrible)....so disappointed..will think twice to place an order with free gift next time...mrs shirley gilboy...
