Ordered 16 december, on the website it says ‘order today = shipped the next day’. Today is 31 december and i have not received anything. E-mailed 2 times, no response. Phonenumber is not working. The shipment code is not working.
I ordered a WITTS Vlekkenreiniger since the 26th of November and it was not delivered till the end of the year, no tracking number was provided by WITTS to track the shipment and no one answer the emails or WhatsApp messages.
I bought a heater but its too expencif and uses much more electric when you want some nice temparature
1 star is even too much.
