I bought a drone. On teh WIVARO website, the drone's accessories were described as follows: "Extended Flying - Equipped with three lithium batteries that provide up to 20 minutes of flight time each, you'll have plenty of opportunity to capture the perfect shot. Enjoy a comfortable and extended flying experience!"
However, when we unpacked the drone, we only found one battery. I asked WIVARO to send me the two missing batteries or at least let me know how and where I can get them myself. After several days, WIVARO answered "We would like to inform you that you have received the battery and that the product only contains one battery."

Nichts bestellen! Don't order at that Shop !!
Rückgabe nur über China, Portokosten muss man selber tragen !!
Return just through China, you have to pay shipment !!
Völlig unseriös und Produkte zu teuer, sie bieten 30% beim nächsten Kauf, das alles grenzt an Betrug !!!

I was sent the wrong item. and even when i documented via Video that it was wrong, the Company insisted that i send it back on my own expenses. never again will i shop there.

This is fraud. No returns possible.

I would give zero star if it was an option.
Don't buy anything. If you want to return they give u a Chinese address. The shipping cost is very high almost 20 euro if you need to send back sth from Germany.
The quality is sub optimal.
Delivery was several weeks late.
Customer support makes you jump through hoops.
Don't waste your money. !!!

Sorry for everybody that ordered at this website. The address they use not connected to this company. Please please please don't send any returns to the Dutch address!

Edit: I am reading that Wivaro is not accepting returns, but Wivaro is NOT situated at this addres. I've contacted the police about it and the only thing I can do it try to get your returns back to you. Please save more money by NOT returning your items to NL.
