Their services are really good environment is very attractive

Recently contacted Wizard for a new bathroom tap, the lady who answered the phone was polite and even apologized for the delay in answering my call, I hadn't even realized I had been waiting long! I asked a few questions and got most of the answers there and then one point she couldn't answer but promptly called me back within an hour with an answer for me. I ordered the tap and even thought standard delivery is 2-3 days it arrived the next day. Great service, will defiantly use you again!

Shortly after taking my order for a kitchen tap with a 2 to 3 week lead time, this company first claimed that the item they held in stock was damaged and a replacement would have to be ordered in. I accepted this even though I was told delivery would as a result be up to a week late. A week later they then claimed their supplier suffered a cyber attack and an update would be provided. Further enquiries by me two weeks later (no update before then), resulted in again revised delivery guidance, which I accepted - even though the item would now be three weeks late. When this time elapsed I enquired again, only to be told that the lady who I previously spoke with left and that my order would now be cancelled. I then asked for a formal complaint to be raised and promptly investigated, a request which was entirely ignored. 1 week later and I have still not received a refund, though Paypal have advised I should have this in about a week. So all in all, this company has messed me about for six weeks and while doing me the privilege of holding onto my money for seven. And I still don't have a kitchen tap. Utterly dire. Would I use them again? Would you?

I needed a part for my shower urgently, I placed the order over the phone and received it the next morning! Very helpful and would highly recommend!

I purchased a shower hose to replace a new one that I had. Customer service told me exactly what I needed and how the hoses varied in flexibility and size.
The hose, as small as a product it is, has made such a difference :)

I used this company on a number of occasions for high-end taps. I did not have any issue until one of my orders turned up broken out of the box. Wizard Bathrooms refused to replace it; instead claimed manufacturer's warranty. I asked for a refund which they refused (against distance selling regulations).

Rather than a replacement, manufacturer attempted to repair the item but failed. In a latter email manufacturer realised that the item was broken right out of the box and directed me back to Wizard Bathrooms, stating that it should never have been dealt this way. Finally, after a stressful month of telephone battle and threatening to sue them, Wizard Bathrooms agreed to swap the broken tap. To this day they still haven't agreed to refund me. All of this meant that my bathroom renovation completed without a tap and I did not get what was my legal right.

Avoid working with this company or accept that you will be bullied to death if something goes wrong with your order.

Finally found the CO2 refill bottles for my Grohe Blue tap. Ordered on the Website at 1PM and was delivered the next day. And was free delivery as well.
Would definitely recommen.

Ordered 1st time from a UK company. The lady on the Phone was very helpful. And surprisingly just 9.99 to ship the item to States, the order was on my door on the 4th Day in US well, part of that credit goes to FedEx. Would, surely use them again.

I received my order next day and it was a high quality product. Most impressed with the service thank you
