We ordered a ‘jelly cat’ from here and when it arrived 1 week and 5 days later we figured that it was a fake and it was up for sale as a real jelly cat so we were very disappointed that we’ve been scammed, avoid this unprofessional company selling replicas.

Sold me fake products. Ignoring all emails. No refund. Scam and false advertising.

Ordered a rabbit that come with eyes not aligned 18 december 2025. I got promised a replacement within 2-3 weeks. Since then I sent a multitude of e-mails but everytime I get a standard answer most likeley from AI that they will contact the warehouse. It is now 25 of March 2026 and still nothing is happening. I asked for a refund but nothing is happening. The company is a big rip-off don't buy anything from them.

I ordered star wars lego from this site. They use official star wars lego images and product numbers but send imitation sets . Do not buy from this site.
they also make the site look like its based in the country you are located in however items are posted from Hong Kong

I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot before ordering from Wiz Toyz. Absolutely dreadful company. I ordered a Jellycat Golf Ball. What I received was a fake - not a genuine Jellycat at all. This was in December 2025 and I am still constantly emailing Wiz Toyz to get the matter resolved. They said they would send a replacement when I emailed and said I had not been sent a genuine Jellycat product. Nothing from them except hopeless emails claiming they need to check with their warehouse. I have asked for a refund, but no joy. I have no hope of getting a satisfactory outcome with Wiz Toyz. I would rate them zero stars if that was possible.

This is a scam site. They sell fake Lego sets. The listings show packaging and images for the real set, but what you get is a bag of generic bricks, homemade instructions and fake minifigs without faces.

I purchased a Building Blocks Animals set for my 4 year old niece the picture on the box would lead you to believe the blocks are of a similar size of that on the picture it reads easy to build on opening the box I was very disappointed with size of the pieces, even I at 58 struggled to piece this kit together yes after checking the box it does say in small print and pictures how small the pieces are but the instructions for a 4 year old are ridiculous and would not be able to follow them.
Very dissatisfied with this product.

Regret I didn't check reviews first. Was sent a non Lego brand set which isn't even remotely correct. Arrived unboxed and the package was ripped open. Further paid for expedited shipping and received package late. Wish TrustPilot allowed photos for proof.

They litterally have pictures of the Lego-set, and they send you a box of basicly packing peanuts! Don't buy anything from this store!

In case its not obvious from the description, the building block sets aren't Lego. They are clones of the Lego set shown using generic blocks. The descriptions don't actually call them Lego, so it's not false advertising, but it is a bit misleading. I ordered 2x sets to get the free shipping, and they were still fun to build etc, so some people may want to order, just know what it is that you are buying. Personally, I think they are overpriced for 'fake Lego' and if you look on Aliexpress, you can buy similar sets for half the price. The delivery timescales were also far in excess of what was advertised. Apart from that, everything was okay.

Son naively order a jelly cat monkey for his gf. What arrived was nothing like the item but an extremely poor reproduction, of what, hec knows. Son is devastated, and has learnt a valuable lesson . . DO NOT use this website!!!!

I have been trying to get credit for order which has missing parts, not usable instruction, and most of all they try to make you think they are actually LEGO, INC. We ordered thinking it was LEGO, but it was not, and they sent 2 $68.98 incorrect orders. Customer Service talks a good game, but when USPS said I would have to invest over $140 to return the product I was left with the bill. Wiztoyz should be denied access to the United States markets. In my opinion, they are a fraud. LEGO should be concerned.

My girlfriend, who knows little to nothing about One Piece or Labubu's ordered a Labubu The Monsters x One Piece Pop Mart Single Blind Box for my birthday as a gift, for which she paid 30 euro (23 dollar) for. A huge amount, but what's even worse: she gave it to me and it was A FAKE. The box is bad quality, does not have the correct coloring and not even the 'legit' stamp. She tried getting her money back, but they only want you to ship it yourself to Hong Kong... So I decided to open it, it was fake anyway, and the experience got even more worse. IT CONTAINED SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT. How this company can still exist. I know if you buy from Ali you pay peanuts because you know it's fake, but on this site they are charging more than the MSRP asking price and still sending fakes. THIS IS PURE FRAUDE, even the reviews.io page is fakes on their website.

Do not order from this site. I ordered 3 jellycats. What arrived was crap soft toys which did not even try to resemble the real jellycats. FAKE FAKE FAKE. SCAM.

I ordered the Lego Milky Way building blocks. It took a long time to receive them and then they were knock-off building blocks, NOT Lego's. The pictures are tiny and not clear. They cost $136.00 with shipping. I wrote to ask about returns, they sent a return authorization label and that it would be at my expense. The post office quote to return was $113.71! RIP-OFF! Do not give this company your business!

Awful. Sent me a fake jellycat and its been impossible to get a refund. They must now have an email rule in place so I get an automated response.
Its not the money its thw principle now.

I ordered an expensive Lego-set... It looked genuine on their website, but when it arrived,it did not arrive in a legitimate Lego box...all the legos are thrown in a large numbered plastic bags...I wonder if it is real Lego!
Besides that, two plastic bags with parts were missing, and also some parts are missing from other bags.
I filled in a form twice, but never got an answer...
Waist of money... Dont buy there!

Ordered something from them I got the FUNKO figure but never ever received the LEGOS Upside Down Stranger Things received a tracking number for the FUNKO but not the tracking info for LEGOS so for about 2 in a half months emailing back and forth they now tell me it’s unavailable but it was available when I ordered it in the beginning of November now it’s January almost the end I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my refund of 124.00

I ordered the Hot Wheels Ultimate T-Rex Transporter only to get a knock off. My kid's birthday will be wrecked cause this is all he wanted and when it was unboxed he was shattered.
