The auction is well run and the items…
The auction is well run and the items are as described to a good quality. The issue i have with them is the postage costs. I bought 4 items, which I received in the same box, but they still charged me £7 postage for EACH of the 4 items. This needs to be looked at as it appears fraudulent.
Further to the above entry. I had a phone call from one of the owners who explained to me the reason for the over charging. If you are successful and win multiple bids, could you please ring them or email them and they will reduce the postage charges if they are able to get all the items, you have won, into one box. I am very impressed that one of the directors went out of their way to address the matter and sign post me into how to proceed in the future regarding multibids. 😀

Regarding postage, each lot is invoiced individually as standard, as many items cannot be combined due to size, fragility, insurance, or storage location. That said, if multiple smaller items are successfully dispatched to the same address, we are happy to review the delivery charges and refund any overpayment.
In your case, since the items were sent in a single parcel, we can look into and resolve this. If you contact us directly with your account details or invoice number, we will assess it promptly and arrange a refund of the applicable delivery costs.

Did my first transaction with this company last week. I won the three items I wanted. They were delivered here earlier today. Great service, great delivery. The items were in mint condition exactly as they stated. I cannot praise them higher. I will be partaking of their auctions every time there is a new one. Just bought my first Premium watch and…
Just bought my first Premium watch and I was hesitant at first buying at auction.
I had a few questions about a watch prior to auction and I can honestly say the communication was great. Luckily, I won the watch I wanted and couldn’t wait to get it.
Had a phone call two days after winning, again I asked a few questions about the watch. Graham went and got the watch and confirmed everything to me. I was given an option on delivery and chose the date which best suited.
The watch has arrived today. Really really impressed.

Iv'e bought many items from WLC
Over the years and only ever had one issue which was dealt with swiftly and professionally, I was made to feel like i really mattered which was refreshing. The items always come superbly packaged and despatched promptly.

I have used WLC online auctions several times over the last few years and winning the bids is a great experience.
