Avoid like the plague
Not only were these guys rude and treated me with absolute distaste when I came to enquire about buying a new or used car, but the guy who works there physically stood in front of the door as if to say that I wasn’t allowed in. I have never seen customer service like this before in my life. No idea why he chose to act in this way. The only reason it’s one star is because it’s the minimum amount required by Trustpilot. Avoid like the plague and take your money elsewhere.

bad customer service I bought bada Kia november last year did…
Bad customer service:I bought a Kia november last year did break and after a few weeks i did break a flat tire(valve). I went to Kia High Wycombe. The manager told me that this was not included. He could (or would). ot help me to fix it. I had to wait for a couple of days ??!!. Happily another garage would help me AT ONCE!!.
Because of this bad behaviour i sent a couple of emails regarding the poor customerservice and i also wrote that i didn't want to receive any more emails from them. The last unwanted email was written on 31st august 2022 for a MOT??!!

Very positive customer experience
I had a really positive experience recently when my 595 Abarth was serviced at WLMG Reading. The all inclusive price was very competitive and almost £90 less than some other local dealerships. I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of the service staff. My car was serviced quickly and a detailed explanation of the work carried out was provided. The complimentary car wash and vacuum were carried out to a very high standard. I would recommend this Abarth dealership without any hesitation.

Disgusting customer service!
I have had the worst experience ever dealing with your company , my finance needed an extension as I await delivery of new vehicle ordered at wlmg Kia high Wycombe , for 4 weeks I have been told miss information on how to get the extension and what wasn’t helpful was Micheal gee of the Kia branch who was supposed to be helping me did not and is no longer with the buisness , because of all the miss information and being pushed from pillar to post , contacting different departments all of which telling me do this and just do that now because it’s a month over I’ve been denied an extension and have been informed that’s it , what a mess, hours of phone calls and multiple emails all to be told no because by your own staffs admission, it’s there fault , I am writing my complaint and I sincerely hope you can help me in my dilemma as I really don’t want to return the car to Kia branch and cancel my new car order , this would’ve been my third finance with you guys and I can’t believe the way I have been treated, it’s the worst customer service experience. Please reply with how you can help grant extension before I lose my mind and just quit using your services and your vehicles .
Appalling customer service
Awaiting a callback from service department, technical department and a manager. Nobody bothered to call.
After they sell you a car nobody is bothered with aftersales service.
Brand new Kia developed a fault after 2 weeks, nobody is interested in rectifying.
AVOID this dealership there is a choice

Appalling service from WLMG Reading
Absolutely appalling service from WLMG Reading. They had my car for over 4 weeks. They never answer their phone, they never call back and any time you do speak to them they couldn’t be more unhelpful. I spent hours on the phone constantly chasing and they told me lie after lie.
Never use this garage. They are appalling!

Booked my car in with WLMG reading Jeep for its annual service and MOT and was really happy with the service. Really easy, no extra or hidden charges, and amazing customer service from Jack.

Suzuki Reading - Mez
My partner and I began our car search at Suzuki Reading and we ended our search at Suzuki Reading!
Our sales associate was Mez and I genuinely could not recommend him enough. He has amazing knowledge, is personable, kind and considerate. Being in my early 20’s, I was worried about being looked down on by sales people or spoken to like I was stupid (This is how Skoda Reading approached us… but that’s another story!) but Mez never once made me feel stupid or uncomfortable. He spent 3 hours with us discussing different cars and our options. He was patient with us as first time buyers and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. We never once felt pressured.
On Saturday I drove away with my dream car that I thought I would never of been able to afford in my life time. I’d like to thank Mez for all of his help and kindness during this exciting but stressful experience! He made our decision easy and fun. Thank you x
WLMG Reading - Sales Team (Mez)
Excellent customer service obtained from Sales Executive Mez at WLMG Reading's Jeep showroom. He was both courteous and professional, and arranged my requests for a test drive of a Jeep Renegade 4xe PHEV (this having been previously arranged over the phone). His knowledge of the vehicle was commendable and afterwards took his time to explain the various part exchange and finance options that were available in a relaxed and informative manner.

Very bad WLMG post-sale services (Ruslip)
Rang the WLMG Services Centre in Ruslip for 30 minutes to buy a spare tyre, no one answered the phone! Bad post-sale services! The general sales line confirmed that they could not promise when someone would come back to me.
Bad Service WLMG High Wycombe
After not being satisfied with a full service which I had on my kia sportage I strongly advised there was a problem with my sunroof closing of which it was to be greased as part of the service this was not guaranteed to fix the problem on arriving home I found the sunroof was still the same and thought that someone could of advised me on this to take the next steps whilst I was there.
Then I noticed a silicone grease had been used on the sunroof where there was more on the actual glass spanning around 8 to 10 inches on looking at the seats in the back there were grease spots that had dripped down all over the seats and just left there to my dismay very messy something you would expect from a child not a professional motor group.
I phoned to make them aware of this problem but to no one answering so I decided to leave a review on google review of my experience only to be phoned once review got back "miraculously"
On the phone call I found Mark to be very blasay and rude with comments like "can I speak now" "The technician told me it work fine" and best of all it's only grease bring it back and we will wash it with soap and water, to my knowledge silicone grease is there for a reason as water proof so to was of with soap and water really makes no sense at all as advised by mark. All in all not a good experience and not very professional at all. A course in customer management also would be very much needed here at the very least, still no apologie or any resolve in this matter!
Wlmg High Wycombe
Kind regards.
Very good experience
I recently bought a used MG ZS from WLMG Eastcote and dealt with David Sugden. David was very personable and friendly and the overall service I received was very good. I didn't have any problems and the purchase was straightforward. Based on my experience, I would recommend this dealership.

Excellent - WLMG Reading
We have bought a three year old Fiat 500 from WLMG Reading. Lee Robinson, the sales person was excellent - a real people’s person and he could not do more to help us, giving us time and advice. We were fully aware of what we had to do before picking the car up and Lee phoned to check we were happy the day before collection. Collecting the car yesterday, the handover was very detailed and helpful. The car was immaculate. As it’s the first time using WLMG we were impressed with the attention and time given to us. - we really cannot fault this team. Thank you Lee - an excellent experience all round.

To be fair WLMG has put things right
Based on my husbands recent experience, I previously left a negative 1-Star review of WLMG Reading regarding the quality of service, and in total fairness want to provide a positive update.
It is true that there were growing irritations with WLMG Reading concerning responsiveness of communication, keeping us informed, and accuracy of advice for some time, and this resulted in us recently walking away to a competitive service provider, and leaving a negative public review on Trustpilot.
In fairness to WLMG this was picked up and we were contacted within 2-hours, with the intent of trying to retain my custom. There was a bit to work through, but we have been able to escalate my grievances to Director level, and today our WLMG issues have been settled to my full satisfaction.
Did WLMG ‘drop the ball’….. yes. Ultimately has WLMG stepped up to the plate and put things right when given the chance… yes!
We can ask no more, and trust we will now be able to move a trusted Customer / Service Provide relationship forward beyond its previous 13-years’
Happy to say ‘thank you’ to the WLMG Senior Director and new Reading Site Manager involved for demonstrating the integrity to put things right when needed.

WLMG Ruislip Service Centre
Don't be fooled because it is a Nissan approved service station. I only came here as Westway Nissan Hanwell unfortunately closed down and WLMG Nissan was the closest for me. The customer service was very poor, as I handed over the keys I asked for the WiFi login details as I had to use my work laptop for important meetings, the guy at the service desk said he will find out, but that never happened. I then asked the lady at the counter who told me...the guy must have walked past me 7 times knowing I asked him for the WiFi details. The waiting area is poor standard, not representing the Nissan brand. Uncomfortable low chairs and a table full of random magazines, no tea / coffee as you would expect in a Nissan environment. It was very noisy and everyone appeared to be running around, I felt like I was waiting in a hospital A&E Department amongst frustrated people. My car was not washed or cleaned which Westway Nissan always provided me during service. A damp brown paper on floor matt left for me to pick up and dispose of......I was also surprised to hear a request from the same bloke who didn't give me the WiFi details to give them a 9/10 rating for experience.....dream on mate.....I have decided that this is was the first and last time I will be taking my car to WLMG. I am willing to travel the extra 30mins to an hour and will stick with Westway Nissan in future for their high quality customer service and experience. I will be feeding back to Nissan UK Head Office about this experience. Beware folks👍

Avoid WLMG Reading
For a company with the tagline, “we keep our promises”, they do anything but.
There were four issues that needed fixing on my car before I collected it and only two were fixed, despite being told during the week and on the day before collection, that everything would be ready. I was also told I could keep the original Alfa radio. When we arrived slightly early to our appointment, the sales representation tried (and failed) to make a sly dig about this, even though there were no other customers in the showroom. It wasn’t until I was handed the keys that I was told two issues still needed to be fixed and I would have to come back at a later date. The radio promised to me was also not left in the car.
Upon getting into the car, it was clear to see they hadn’t done a pre-collection check as items, including paperwork, belonging to the previous owner were still in the glove box, the date/time was flashing and the temperature gauge didn’t provide a reading. It was the end of the day and it was clear the sales rep just wanted us to leave as his advice for fixing the temperature gauge was to “drive around and see if it comes on”. He did bring his colleague into the conversation about the date/time issue, after I asked him to look at the other model in their stock to see if that car also had the same problem (it did). Unfortunately, his colleague was equally as unhelpful and rude about it too.
I contacted the sales rep a couple days later letting him know the same issues upon collection were still present, and he told me these would be looked at when bringing the car back to be fully fixed, and that the radio would still be there for me to take home.
I had to ring them multiple times to get an update on when I could bring my car back to be fixed, and I was eventually booked in two weeks after collecting the car. When I bought the car in, I had to tell them about the date/time and temperature gauge issue as this information had not been passed to them by the sales rep, nor that the radio should be left for me. When I got the car back, the previous two outstanding issues were finally fixed and so was the temperature gauge. The time/date issue was not but I was told they would contact me when they had heard from their radio specialist. A call I am still waiting on months later.
I’ve also just found out the sales rep didn’t send off the change of the ownership paperwork to the DVLA and I have had to obtain this document myself. Fortunately, I made the sales rep give me the green new keepers slip upon collection, although he was reluctant to and claimed I wouldn’t need it…
Overall, a terrible experience; very poor customer service, information not passed on and promises not kept, would not recommend this garage to anyone. If anything, actively avoid!

Disappointing
Went to this dealer too buy an MG5, MG office was not manned, telephoned to let them know I was there, sent into dealership next door. After a further 20 minutes waiting I gave up and left.
If the pre sales service is this bad imagine the after sales service.
