Very fun toy but a bit loud

A very fun toy! My one cat is still a bit scared of it, the other loves it so far though! They are even entertained just playing with stuffed animals as toys, so a ball they can activate themselves is always a good thing.
The only downside which I see is that the ball moves with very rapid jumps, thus being very loud. As someone who lives in an apartment building I worry about the toy being too loud for my neighbors. I live in germany, so noise isn't just morally but also legally a concern.
So far I have only used it when I was present and never for too long, so I can't say much about the battery, but the rapid movement of the ball is very good and promising! I'd say the speed and erratic movement of it outweighs the noise it makes since it entertains and engages a cat more than most other toys can.

I am impressed with the WLOOM ball & would definitely recommend it.

I have been very impressed by the good customer service I've received from Alex, who has been helpful & patient with my initial issues. The main lesson I've learned is: read the instructions carefully before turning on the WLOOM ball 😅 It'll give my cats some fun, when they're so inclined! Thank you so much Alex 😁

SCAM - Ships from China (and costs £1.50 on Aliexpress)

This product is overpriced junk. The same "Powerball 2.0" can be found on AliExpress (a cheap Chinese website) for between £1.50-£2.04 with free shipping.

Please avoid this company. They are exploiting people who are happy to pay money on treats for their pets. They are not German, nor are they even EU based.

The money-back guarantee is worthless too as refunds to China are at your expense. AVOID. Use AliExpress for the same toy, just search "cat toy ball".

Poor quality product and bad returns

Claims that this product is quiet or silent are untrue. This makes so much noise that it scared both of my cats while on the soft mode, it doesn't have enough power to move at all. When I asked to return the item for a refund they insisted I needed to return it to a US address at my own expensive - despite claiming to be a UK business. It also seems that the company has now been desolved by the UK Government.

Great Customer Service

When my original order went astray there was no hesitation to replace it. The communications were always polite and friendly and, more importantly, professional.

Accidentally placed a double order and the customer support was very quick to get back to me to update my order from a 2- pack to a single one.
No fuss, no issues, just a quick contact and correction as needed!
