I ordered two of the Power Ball 2.0 and they got stuck in shipping. I wrote to Wloom and their communication and customer service in rectifying the situation was excellent! They shipped me two and my kitty, Gingy LOVES them! I definitely recommend ordering from Wloom!

Alex was an diligent agent. When I described my problem he immediately gave me a solution and a replacement of the ball was sent. My cat now is playing with it.

Nice product, my cats luv it. However we had to wait a prolonged time for the shipping and had to get in contact w/ customer service, after another week of waiting it finally arrived.

When I got a marketing mail from WLOOM about what to do with the product I ordered, I got a little concerned that my package hadn't arrived. I responded to the marketing message and got a reply from Alex — he was super helpful, getting all the information for me about the location of my package and the next steps before it would be delivered to me!

It’s a hassle to return and it doesn’t work on carpet!

100% satisfaction quarantee is a scam. You need to send the product back with the original packaging AND pay all of the return yourself OR get 20% return on your purchase. Don't buy from WLOOM.....

My don‘t Like The ball.

Twice I ordered the amazing ball for my cat and never got it. They had the address wrong both times. They did give me a refund promptly.

I purchased two AI cat toys from WLOOM, a company I knew nothing about. I wrote their customer service to get an approximate delivery date and was almost immediately provided that along with name and URL of the carrier, as well as the tracking number. I was super pleased with the courteousness, thoroughness, and speed of the service I received.

I contacted the company because my powerball 2.0 that I purchased in August stopped moving around and only stayed a solid red or blue. I received a reply email very quickly (and I mean IMPRESSIVELY quickly) I was asked to send video clip(s) if I can that show the the ball being unresponsive, which I did, and was told that once they review the clips they would get back to me to let me know if refund or replacement was an option. Again I received a super fast response, I think in under 48hours and was advised a replacement was going to be shipped in the next few days. I have to say that Alex was super kind, respectful,and extremely helpful. I'm sure Blixx & Loki are appreciative too!
