WLV tradesmen are always polite and…

WLV tradesmen are always polite and respectful,there workmanship is second to non,they are a top class company,I had a new boiler fitted by them and a gas hob and a boiler service,all first class jobs and i would recommend them to anyone.

WLV Heating Wolverhampton

I had WLV Heating service my fire and central heating before Christmas and they did a terrific job. I needed them to return as the fire subsequently developed a fault and they attended promptly and resolved the issue quickly.

WLV heating have been servicing my boiler for a few years now. They are very accommodating when making an appointment with them. They are very polite and professional in their work. They are very thorough in their work and I have no complaints at all.

Boiler service

First visit from this company for boiler service. Notification of visit time sent. Unfortunately an emergency occurred prior to my visit but I was updated re arrival time. Engineer apologized on arrival and carried out service with no problem.
Had to ring re minor query following visit but Scott was very reassuring. Would recommend.

My boiler broke down I called them at…

My boiler broke down I called them at 8am Monday morning they made me an appointment for that same day in the afternoon and as promised they arrived on time. They did a complete and thorough check on the whole system and also advised me of a manufacturer recommendation to swop a part on safety grounds as my boiler is 17 years old. Currently waiting for parts to arrive.

This company is outstanding

This company is outstanding. We had an emergency with a leak on our heating system, they came straight out for us and resolved the problem straight away, saving us a fortune in damage / insurance excess. They then arranged to come back on a later date and re do all of our pipe work so that this didn’t happen again. The guys were really friendly, tidy and didn’t rip us off.
We will be using them for all of our future heating needs and would fully recommend to friend and family.

The engineer was helpful and pleasant…

The engineer was helpful and pleasant and serviced the boiler. As the boiler is only one year old it wasn't a difficult task but he did ask if there were any radiator problems. It wasn't a cheap service (but apparently would be cheaper if I took out a maintenance agreement but my boiler has a 5-yr manufacturers guarantee).

WLV Heating Engineers

WLV, arrived within the time frame on the day they offered. The engineers are friendly , and work efficiently and leave no mess after completion of the work. More than happy with the service received, and would recommend them to others. I have used them for approx two years now, and continue to do so.

WLV Heating Ltd

Have been with WLV Heating Ltd from the beginning. They are the best in the business and the nicest and most professional guys you could wish to meet. Their work is 10 out of 10. Their knowledge is second to none. If you are looking for a gas boiler specialist or any problems with radiators gas fires and your boiler. Then please do yourself a favour and ring WLV Heating first. Don’t mess about with gas, ask these lads.

Disappointed…

Our previous engineer died we were contacted and given this company.Quoted £120 (previously paid £90) queried price but told that it was the best price for a gas fire service. NO mention of VAT. When account came £12 had been added. Queried this and a woman said they would check a recording of our conversation when the booking was made. After a very short time received a revised bill for £120 inc VAT NO apology.In fact the woman was quite rude.
