I ordered a bed for our kids. When I ordered I was told delivery is the first week of April. I am trying to contact WNM since over two weeks. Their telephone numbers are all fake. I have sent various emails and filed a complaint on their website. The emails from their Spanish site were I initially ordered were even returned as non-deliverable. Please DO NOT order from them.
The experience with WNM was very positive. The quality of the bed is good, information on delivery was clear and correct.
Extremely bad service!
I used to be a happy customer, but not anymore. The person I have been emailing with (probably someone in the UK) is rude and ignorant.
Bought a loft bed. Overall quality is much lower than what you would expect of a product of this price. Paint job is terrible and the joints of the bed is just too simple made.
I ordered two beds from them about 3 years ago, I really wanted to love them but honestly, I wouldn't buy again. First of all I ordered beds from the 'wood' section but they really just were badly veneered, one bed started showing, very early on, horizontal cracks in the lateral veneer. on the second bed, and the is after 3 years of use, the slats - which are really just pieces of some cheap ply - started breaking in half. Unfortunately, I think it's not going to be long before I trash both of these.
Very bad experience.
The quality of the produc is good. But the devery service is horrible. I bought two products from WNM, which are delivered by the company GLS in France. During the delivery of the first product, I was threatened and verbally attacked by the delivery man. I did not go to the police station to complaint because it was impossible to find time. Second delivery: this time it is my husband who should receive the delivery. Nothing delivered at the expected time. I called WNM, no news from the delivery service. So WNM just informed me that this time the delivery is delayed (they don't know why) AND according to the information they have, the delivery will be made in two times (so, I'm supposed to have a half bed in the next delivery). and when? I don't know yet..
Sure thing, will never buy again from WNM. And really don't recommend.

Bunk bed arrived on time. However there were no assembly instructions enclosed. I had to call the company and luckily someone answered out of hours who emailed them over. Crisis averted.
Sadly, we got to putting the slats on and they were for a smaller bed so we couldn’t complete the build. 2 very disappointed children. We then had to wait another 5 days for the correct slats to arrive.
I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.
