Charged me an illegal €9 "payment fee" just for paying via bank transfer (§ 270a BGB). When I asked for a refund, they refused. They refuse to take responsibility and just send copy-paste replies.

On top of that, the staff in the gym was constantly rude, unhelpful, and completely distracted chatting (sometimes more than chatting) at the front desk instead of doing their job. Total lack of professionalism. Case reported to the Verbraucherzentrale.

Clean and good selection of training equipment

Opening hours, especially on weekends, are very! restrictive to anyone with job and or family
