Woh Hup Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste 80g × 3I placed an order and received a…

I placed an order and received a notification that it was out for delivery. Unfortunately, no one was home at the time. The courier attempted a second delivery when again no one was home. Normally, in situations like this, the parcel would be taken to the nearest collection point, but instead, I was notified that it was being sent back.

I have since tried three times to contact the supplier, but have received no reply on all occasions. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor resolution process.
