I ordered a birthday dress, paid for express shipping and to my disappointment the dress was too small. I contacted customer service and they offered me $10.00! The shipping to China would cost more than the dress so now I’m out of $100.00 and a dress that doesn’t fit. I will NEVER shop with them again and I will spread the word not to waste your time. There are plenty of other online shops to purchase from.

I spent almost $200 and did not receive the item. No one is responding and will not gift refund.

Update -It’s been almost two months and still no refund. They said they sent money to my back and still nothing.

Is there anyways to add pictures so I can show the back and forth, and how many times they have ignored me.

Chose this as my third dress for my wedding in New York. The night was amazing, with so many great memories and compliments. Thanks for such a wonderful piece of work!

Horrible company, horrible customer service, no phone number to call and do not respond to emails! Ordered a dress from them. It came, size specifications on website are inaccurate. I have since returned the dress on June 11. I have sent a tracking number receipt ups shipping receipt with proof of delivery and no refund yet. Never again!

Worlddress is the best. I was looking for a dress for my birthday photoshoot and exactly what I saw is exactly what I got. I received my dress on just in time ready for my photoshoot.

Terrible company!
The dress I got was beautiful and well-made but it didn’t fit and then they wanted me to pay for the return shipping to China!
And I didn’t want to do that and then they offered me $15 and I could keep the dress that didn’t fit!
The communication is terrible , it took seven emails for them to answer me just once!
They should just tell you upfront that if the dress doesn’t fit you you’re pretty much screwed because they’re taking your money!
But how they present it is easy return and exchange and that’s not the truth!
Just a very bad business practice!

This company is a scam. I ordered 2 dresses and 1.5 months later, I have not received them. They show delivered and I have not received them. I've messaged them several times and I get no response. They will take your money and not deliver the product you paid for. Do not risk buying anything from this company. I've reported them to my bank, FB, and alerting anyone else I can.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE TO TETURN THE DRESSES AND PAY FOR THE RETURN. It will cost more than what the dresses cost!!!

I ordered a dress from this company(wolddress) and got it a week ago. I didn't like the way it fit and requested a return. They would either 1. Give me an $8 credit if I kept dress or 2. Have me send it back to China AT MY OWN EXPENSE!!! (I asked for a return
label which they refused) cost of shipping it back :$59.00! (Dress was $67), so, I did NOT Ship it back. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Terrible experience! Don’t shop in this website. It’s a scam. The clothes doesn’t look anything like the pictures and they force you keep the item once you ask for a return since the shipping to China cost more than the dress. The owner Jenny also asked me to lie about the value of the dress to avoid extra charge on China taxes. Total scam!

Dress I ordered looked nothing like the picture. The quality is very poor as you’d expect from a cheap Chinese website

Ordered a dress on 3/12/24. Followed up on order status 4/1/24 after not hearing anything from them. They responded on 4/2/24 to say the dress was out of stock and I should go to their website and pick something else. The dress was for a special occasion that has since passed. I don't want anything else from a vendor with poor communication. Pay pal is giving them until my after my 3rd payment will be sent to rectify. By then I will have paid 75% of the dress. I am not hopeful for a refund. Buyer beware. When were they going to tell me the dress was out of stock. I suspect it was out of stock when I purchased it. I don't know how much they pay for these glowing reviews. That has not been my experience. Scam likely!

Very classy party dress that arrived on time. It fits perfectly.

The clothes are made ok. One dress was extremely damaged and to return I would either get a credit or pay 10% restocking fee. The sizes are off and one dress fit so weird. I’m 5’5 128lbs and the med was huge, the small was tiny. Bought 3 dresses and will give them all to Good Will. Won’t ever buy here again!

This company does not do refunds on items that don’t fit. It’s not worth throwing away your money with this store. Stay away from this company.

Avoid this company as they refuse refunds for returned products. I bought a dress from their Facebook ad, but it took a month to arrive and didn't fit. When I returned it to the listed address, I was told to send it to China. Their customer service did not honor their policies.

The one dress of 4 that I am keeping is great. It fits well and is a fair value for the price. However, returns are very difficult as the items must be returned to China, they do not provide a return label, and you must email and receive a response to even know how to make a return. It's a hassle.

Easy shopping and timely delivery. Great fitting product with good quality.

My whole experience with Worlddress is 5 star! My dress arrived as expected but it was a bit too small. Customer service got back to me right away and helped me get the correct size. Material of dress is very good.
