8 days after ordering still not shipped

8 days after ordering, gift still not shipped. When I inquired , half of the things I ordered unavailable. Now that I read other reviews here… I wonder what quality of products will be received! I wish I looked for reviews first before ordering. They did say they will refund shipping fee, I guess we shall see if that shows up on my credit card.

BEWARE!! Expire food being passed of as fresh

BEWARE!!! Received a Christmas basket sample pack, second week of December 23'. Both packages of the English muffins and cinnamon raisin muffins had expired tabs (2/15/23) on them. I am afraid to open the strawberry preserves! I contacted customer service and luckily got the "dunce" of the company. He argued with me on what my eyes were seeing. Made no effort to replace any product and never offered an apology. Its a trash company at best.

Never received full order

Ordered an assortment of muffins, loaves and butter. Muffins taste like dough, loaves are tiny and tasteless after I received a substitute for what I actually ordered and NEVER received the 2 butters I ordered. Customer service horrible. Fortunately my credit card reversed the charge. Will never order from them again.

My mother recieved this as a gift from…

My mother recieved this as a gift from her grandson and his wife and children. The entire contents had to be thrown way. The small bag of coffee had no smell to it what so ever. The cinnamon raisin bagels had very few raisins and tasted terrible. The bagels where thick and just tasted like dough. How unfortunate for my grandson and family to have spent money on this basket. The thought is what counts.! The contents however, were the worst.

I received a mailbox looking gift box…

I received a mailbox looking gift box wit English muffins, blueberry spread and a couple of danish. The muffins are terrible. Never had Wolfermans before, and surely won’t order any! The English muffins were the original and sourdough. Both were not good, tasted salty and left an unpleasant taste in your mouth. I’m very surprised and I have yet to tell the sender of my gift how bad it was.

Sent the wrong thing (a cheaper…

Sent the wrong thing (a cheaper product) English muffins stale and customer service hangs up on me when I ask to speak with a manager. They do not deserve 1 star. AWFUL EXPERIENCE Never again will I order anything from this sham of a company.

Would give ZERO stars

Would give ZERO stars. Ordered GF English Muffins, scones and an assortment of jams for Christmas breakfast for extended family on 12/14 for a 12/20 delivery. Going to family at their condo in FL where they would be 12/19-12/28. GF English Muffins made it to Fed Ex in Memphis on 12/19 and still sit there 12/27. I know this is a Fed Ex issue as well. Wolfermans offered to reship despite my explanation that no one would be there. So they agreed to reship to their permanent home. However couldn’t ship GF because they were out of stock. I’m done. Been ordering from them a long time, but ever since they joined the Harry and David family they’ve gone downhill. Wish me luck on getting a 49.99 credit.

Unsatisfied with baked goods

I ordered some bagels and English muffins on 12/16 with the promised my order will arrive 12/18 -12/20. Quickly I was updated bagels would be on 12 /20 and muffins on 12/22. Bagels arrived eve of 12/20. I opened them on 12/21 and they were very hard and two of the packages had bagels with white mold spots. On 12/22 I expected the muffins 2-days late and I actually received them on 12/24. They seems ok but we’re nearly 4 days late and clearly while they didn’t say this when I ordered they were out of stock and I waited for them to come in and ship. This ordered was over $100 and I would not be inclined to ever order fresh baked goods from Woffermans. Too much time passes with their delivery times. Very disappointed in the freshness, value and shipping times and costs. FYI this company is not your small quality driven company. It’s part of Harry and David and has lost the careful attention to detail. So dissatisfied and dissatisfied.

Can’t trust

We ordered a $200 sleigh (included) with goodies to be delivered for Christmas. What was delivered was embarrassing, it was a box with 4 very small loaves of bread. No cookies, cinnamon rolls, sleigh, etc. of you are sending something from their site (which I don’t advise) you need to verify what was delivered. They bait and switch and don’t bother to let you know, choose another item or anything. Finally got a full refund after 30 minutes chatting with their customer service. Be careful or you’ll end up paying $50 dollars a loaf for sample size bread, and looking like a cheapskate that send the jelly of the month club.

I ordered sweet rolls to be delivered…

I ordered sweet rolls to be delivered to my mom for a Christmas morning breakfast. I ordered early enough to ensure she would receive them before Christmas. She did get them on 12/17/23 but the rolls didn’t come with the icing, which is the most important part. I contacted the company that day and was offered an apology letter and 20% off my next order (which will never happen). I said I just want the icing sent to her. The said no problem and said she would receive it on 12/22. Great, the only problem is she didn’t get it. I contacted them again the evening of 12/22 and was told there was not a record of this order being placed. Because my correspondence was through the online chat, I had the correspondence to show them. I was told the best the could do is have it delivered on 1/3/24 and give me a 20% coupon. Please don’t do business with Harry and David who are hiding their name behind companies like this one.

So disappointed - never again.

I ordered from Wolfermans like 15-20 yrs ago - I loved the English muffins. I thought it would be a great Christmas present so I searched Wolfermans and then read reviews. I thought it can't be that bad. So I went ahead and I sent a gift basket to friends in Florida and a Bakers Dozen of super thick English muffins to myself. I only hope that my friends got everything they were supposed to. I got a box of 12 packages of English muffins. I called customer service and they said a Bakers dozen is 12. Yep - set me off, they don't even know what a Baker's dozen is and that it comes with set flavors. I told them what I was missing (and that took effort because they don't understand). Rep finally said that I would receive the package on the 22nd of Dec. On the 23rd I called again to see where the package was because no email was sent. They said it would arrive on the 23rd,,,still not here.
I also got an email on Dec 20 from Wolfermans to submit a customer service review regarding my call, I figured I would wait until I received the package. The review survey expires after 3 days - so now I can't submit survey.
Also, at least one package so far tasted like it was undercooked.
Never again.

Ordered a casserole for Christmas…

Ordered a casserole for Christmas breakfast, received something else. Called customer service and was told I ordered 3 items, I did not. Then was told the casserole was no longer available so they shipped me something else. Poor communication. Not ordering from this company again!

Wolferman’s is the absolute WORST

Wolferman’s is the absolute WORST! I ordered English muffins for Christmas back in November. Part of the order was to be given as gifts & the other part eaten on Christmas Day. The order was supposed to be delivered bet 12/17-12/20. As of today, 12/23, Fed Ex has not even received the box to ship out yet. I ask Wolferman’s to overnight the order, they decline. So now I’m stuck with having to replace the English muffin gifts. The customer service rep asked me if I’d like an apology letter with 20% off a future order.I not so politely declined.
I had this same exact experience a few years ago with Wolferman’s and swore I’d never buy from them again. Now I’m 100% certain that I’ll never buy from them again.
If you’re even thinking about buying from Wolferman’s, save yourself the headache, and go somewhere else.

Ordered Christmas gifts in early…

Ordered Christmas gifts in early December with a guarantee that they would deliver before Christmas. Just learned today, December 22, that they would not arrive till February 8??? I called and they blamed it on the fact that I ordered on internet?? As a consolation, they offered me a 20% off coupon for a future order. What a bunch of morns.

I ordered an assortment of muffins…

I ordered an assortment of muffins featured on Sisterhood of Secret Savers recently. So very disappointed. The muffins are smaller, poor quality production and crumble as if they are stale. They have a distinct and unpleasant aftertaste. So happy I didn’t pay full price and I will definitely not be a repeat customer! I regret not reading these reviews before purchasing. Too bad they’ve decided to ruin a good product.

Why am I being forced to give one star

Why am I being forced to give one star? 😆
This company canceled an order with 6 English muffins packages and TOLD me they were replacing my order with a basket with 2 packages of muffins. FOR THE SAME PRICE.
A blatant RIP OFF.
THEN IM TOLD THEY CANT CANCEL THE RIP-OFF ORDER when it hasn’t even shipped—so I’d be forced to take it!!
It took me 4 f@cking hours to straighten this out and wind up with absolutely NOTHING but a headache

If I could give it a 0 star I would

If I could give it a 0 star I would. I ordered 4 mix and match breakfast gift baskets on 12/1all chosen for each families preference. Not 1 basket was fulfilled with what I chose and they cancelled the 4th basket without even an option to choose something else! Customer service was horrible, Wolfermans used to have a good reputation I will NEVER order from them again, what was supposed to be a nice Christmas breakfast for my employers is going to be a nightmare!
