I was initially hesitant to order from the UK due to some negative reviews, but I was searching for a specific sequin yarn and a sock yarn that I simply couldn’t find anywhere locally. So I took the chance—and I’m glad I did!

My order was split into two shipments, both dispatched from Germany and delivered within a week. I received Royal Mail tracking for each parcel, which made the process smooth and reassuring. The delivery was impressively fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Overall, I’m very happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to order again if the need arises. A pleasant surprise and a great experience!

Terrible communication. Terrible delays. No products arrived after waiting 3 months. Will not be using them again.

WolleHalle sells on eBay.de only to these countries: Austria, Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, and Poland. Outside of that circle, you may not even see WolleHalle's yarns there, and they can oddly disappear from your eyes - and you don't feel welcome to buy them in other European countries.

Best offers of WolleHalle are on eBay.de, and just those honey buds, "Liebling" customers in these six EU countries, can enjoy them.

The other customers out of that circle are not so "glückliche" (i.e. happy in German), and they have to pay more to get less at WolleHalle's site on wollehalle.com.
