Katastrophe!

Erst wird an eine falsche Adresse geliefert, dann soll man sich als Kunde darum kümmern, dass die Ware wieder zurück geschickt wird (wie gesagt: an falsche Adresse geliefert, keine Ware angekommen). Nach eine Woche bekommt es Wolpart hin, die Ware abzuholen und jetzt renne ich seit zwei Wochen meinem Geld hinterher. Die Rückerstattung wird mit immer neuen Ausreden verzögert.
Da ist ein Stern schon zu viel!

Mehrere Online Shop unter der gleichen Adresse

Vorsicht im Impressum steht Verantwortlicher:
GÜDE GmbH & Co. KG (guede.com)
Birkichstrasse 6
74549 Wolpertshausen
unter der Adresse werden mehrere Online Shops betrieben.
Beim Anruf bei dem Verantwortlichen wissen die nichts und verweisen auf Email Formular von dem Online Shop und ziehen sich aus der Verantwortung raus.
