Overly delayed delivery and poor customer support.

I have "80+" orders (ordering about 2-3 times per week), customer since the 16/11/2018.

After multiple issues concerning: overly delayed delivery and poor customer support.

They won't even refund me the delivery cost when delivering cold food which is not acceptable from my perspective and result in a poor experience.

I am not willing to use their service anymore and will give a try to the other competitors in this area.

Wolt misleading and FALSE ADVERTISING!

Wolt is lying with their food photos, apparently they have photographers that goes to their customers (restaurants) and take photos for their platform. I wish i could insert the photos from a restaurant I ordered but I cant find a button to do it here. However these photos used on their platforms incl. Their app are MISLEADING and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

Additionally the restaurants description of the food (salad, garlic bread and soup) was all wrong. I got an other food than the description said which you can find on BOTH wolts platforms and the restaurants website.

Never ordering from WOLT again

I have been a loyal customer for this delivering company and lately their service have been very bad. I order a large amount of food yesterday because I had company and the price was rather high. The food took more than an hour to come. So we called the restaurant to see what the problem was, and they said they haven’t even received our order. So we told them to cancel but they said we need to contact wolt instead. Which we did, however they never answered. So because we were hungry we ordered food another place. 20 min after, we received our old order, in which the restaurant said they haven’t received it. So the restaurant lied to us and made us order twice the amount of food which was expensive. The food that we received was cold and disgusting so we just threw it out. Wolt answered TODAY. Which is very late and they still won’t help. I need to pay back everyone else but wolt won’t pay me back. This is the worst customer service I have had. And I even have their subscription, which I will be canceling.

food picked up from the restaurant 30 mins ago still not delivered!! will probably arrive completely cold and inedible. driver was in our neighborhood but then continued on to ANOTHER neighborhood to deliver other orders and we're still waiting...

Horrible experience twice

Absolut rubbish. Ordered 2 times. 1st time 1 hour delayed. 2nd time 1.5 late. No real compensation or refund. They keep giving out wolt credit every time. Don't order from them. Pure rubbish.

Terrible

Ordered food. They placed delivery time to 2 hours (by that time, it would be already closed). No answer from support despite them saying its available "24/7". I got answer from support 6 hours later. They didnt read anything I wrote, didnt answer a single question, and just basically said "I see you got your food, hope it tastes good! Now Im closing the chat". I never got my food. This customer service is unacceptable

Jeg har henvendt mig til Wolts support gennem app uden held, og til deres mail support - helt uden respons.

De ignorer dine klager og vrager dem som de lyster.

I will like to fill a complaint regarding an order I have placed on the 30/06/2023, 19.16, from Emil's Kebab. Order ID: 649f0de7e6399739dbf515ae.

I ordered the food in hope that I would get a good and warm meal, on the contrary, it turned out differently. I received a completely cold meal which ended up in the trash, the meat, the bread and all the filling was cold, unfortunately.

Afterwards I contacted the customer service on this matter to which their conclusion was simply that the restaurant delivered within a reasonable time. The of fact is that the food we received was cold and uneatable, and I simply don't know the reason behind. There could many different factors to it other than the delivery time! We are not inside the kitchen and can not control whether the restaurant if they did not prepare it well etc.

There are multiple explanations for cold food leaving the restaurant which are impossible for you to account for. One can not simply only look at delivery time and disregard everything else.

Honestly it is not about the money in this case, it was very little anyway. It is simply a matter of principles that you don't pay for food that is so bad you are just throwing it out.

Wolt blamed the inability to fill an…

Wolt blamed the inability to fill an order (and yet collected the fee, which will be returned) on the restaurant. I called the restaurant, outside of the POS that Wolt uses, and they were ready and willing to provide the service.

Not happy with this lack of honesty.

They sent baby food from 2019 lot which was about to expire and argued that it still had 5 weeks. How can baby consume half kg in 5 weeks?

Really bad courier

Really bad courier. Two times they continued to postpone my order and in the end, they canceled it.
I have checked with the restaurant and they prepared the food on time. So they lost food. And the fault is the courier's. NEVER ever am going to order again from them.

The "best " customer service

I ordered through wolt application the food. The food arrived fast, but was cold. So I contacted customer service:1. They promised answer after 24 hours
2. After 24 hours they didn't contact me by themselves
3. After complaining again, costumer service texted me back- that the restaurant didn't give any feedback about this situation, but wolt believes the food was ok. Obviously they deal with situation late and somehow says that I a liar ?! Horrible feeling and service, I even took screenshots of the costumer service answer . After that just offered me free delivery, when I have free delivery subscription:D

Wolt believed the LIES OF THE RESTAURANT, sent WRONG FOOD!

We ordered food from an Indian Restaurant called 'Oye delhi' during our trip to Stockholm, Sweden. And the food which arrived was not as described, totally different from what we ordered. The restaurant owner sent us 'Cholle Daal' and claimed it to be 'Daal Makhani' (Hint: We ordered Daal Makhani) and the Wolt rep. believed the restaurant owner, despite me having sent the images & the links on how the real Daal Makhani looks like! Also the restaurant owner sent us dry papad rotis / chapatis. The Wolt representative was so rude to us and did not listen to us at all, and she believed whatever the restaurant owner told her, and gave us a one sided judgement.

JUST AVOID ORDERING FROM WOLT AT ANY COST!

absolutely terrible experience, should not be in business, avoid at all costs

I had a bad experience in the past with Wolt but wanted to try again in case it was a fluke. Last night I ordered some noodles for my kids and I after we just moved into our new apartment. We were very tired and wanted to treat ourselves. Not only did the food NOT get delivered, it was cancelled an HOUR after we ordered. Afterwards, I tried contacting customer support and kept getting redirected by bot messages. Absolutely the worst food delivery company I've ever dealt with and I will be avoiding at all costs in the future. I sincerely do not understand how this company can continue to operate when it consistently disappoints their customers.

Worst customer care ever

I ordered some max burgers to a park where we were hanging with my friends and the order was never delivered. The courier was driving around (mostly on the island across the bridge) and called me only in 1 hour (while the whole order should take 25 minutes) only to use very poor English to repeat "I'm here where you sent me". After few attempts to describe where we are and to meet I went to a tall building with lighted parking area and said to courier it's exact address and it's name to which he responded "I don't like this, it's late, I will not deliver your order". We were hungry for a few hours, I was running like an idiot trying to find the courier who were staying mostly on ANOTHER ISLAND ACROSS THE BRIDGE and at the end the customer support lazily answered in 12 hours something like "The courier tried his best, we can't help you"

Avoid the scumbags as much as possible, they will just steal your money and leave you hungry

Got fish that had gone bad in my Poke…

Got fish that had gone bad in my Poke bowl order. Had to throw it out. Reached out to Wolt customer service and explained the situation. They told me there was nothing to be done from their end and it’s on the restaurant to compensate me. After some days of reaching out they compensated me with 20% of the order. Let me just say that competing food delivery companies would never put their customers through that. I had been a loyal customer with Wolt with multiple orders until now. The first time I have a problem like this they showed their true colours.
