From the whole buying a house process it was the customer experience we had with Wolves removals was the best part of it.

They were outstanding.

I decided to use a removal company at the very last minute. I randomly chose Wolves from a google search as I was feeling the stress of the house move and they were able to help me at the very last minute. Jack and his team were amazing. They kept me up to date on their eta, and they arrived on time. They treated all my items with care. They took their time in everything they did. They were kind, respectful and very professional.

If you are trying to decide on which removal company to use then I urge you to consider this company. They are brilliant.

Wolves Removals were very easy to deal with. I sent a viseo of the rooms in my house to get quote which came the next day and was reasonably priced. I made the booking for my house move and paid in full. My completion fell through so I had to contact wolves to cancel they were very kind , paid me a refund and sent an invoice for the loss incurred to submit to the solicitors within 2 hours. I feel they are very trustworthy professional and easily contactable as they work late hours which is convenient

Excellent service all round. Great communication at the tendering stage, and a reasonable price was agreed. The chaps arrived when expected and were all very friendly. They went above and beyond what had been agreed as part of the move (dismantling furniture that didn’t fit down the stairs and baby gates that had been forgotten, they wrapped and protected items like tvs and mirrors that we hadn’t had a chance to) without being asked and at no extra cost. They were waiting for us at the new house when we could get in and were very neat and tidy throughout. Would highly recommend Wolves Removals.

Was really impressed with Wolves. They managed to fit us in with relatively short notice & made a lot of effort to keep it in budget for us. The guys that came over were great, worked so hard to get us moved in half the time we were expecting! Thank you.

The two Wolves removal that helped during my move to my new home were professional, courteous and helpful. I was quite impressed with their attitude and commitment during the entire process. Their names were Luke and Will. You guys rock. In addition, the Wolves platform to order, select and confirm the services you want is user friendly and responsive. They were able to confirm my order in less than 24hrs hours.

Really good experience. The team were helpful and friendly (even boxing up some things last minute that I'd forgotten about), and transported everything quickly and in perfect condition, even after negotiating a really unpleasant set of stairs at the new property. Would definitely use them again!

Jack and his team helped us move over 100 miles, easy and quick process from start to finish, Jack kept us updated though out the process and was easily contactable with any questions. would happily use in the future.

Jack and his team were absolutely amazing. They helped me and my partner move from Trowbridge to Hove and they did an excellent job. It wasn't easy as we had quite a lot of stuff and given the distance it was a 2 day job, but they managed flawlessly. They are very professional and friendly. I was particularly amazed at their packing service, quick and extremely efficient! We'll certainly consider them for our next move (hopefully an easier one). Highly recommended.

Brilliant service from start to finish.
I moved 60 miles and Jack and his team were fantastic. They were punctual, respectful and very professional. Moving is one of the most stressful events and Wolves put me at ease from the initial contact. They stored my belongings overnight and were ready outside my new property at 12pm as arranged.
I would highly recommend Wolves to anyone.

Great experience, really helpful team as well. We were moving office equipment, and ended up having to re-arrange at the last minute. The team were very helpful, and went to great lengths to make it work for us. Very much appreciated!

The team were fantastic! They were quite careful and managed to get some big furniture through some very narrow spaces (corners and stairs). I’d definitely use again and recommend.
