Was bought a gift for valentines day from this company, the gift was sealed and once opened the coupon had expired, this was bought less than 20 days before opening. Submitted a ticket via their form online and at first had a prompt response advising the voucher had expired even with a 2 year activation from purchase. Emailed them back to say how disappointed I was and if they could help resolve the issue. They wanted proof of purchase which was provided and absolutely radio silence since, emailed them 3 times asking for an update over the period of 2 weeks.
Their customer service is non existence, the company simply does not care, and will refuse to help. They are happy to take your money but reluctant to give you what you have purchased, selling already expired gifts.
Avoid at all costs.

Servicio de atención al cliente pésimo. No responden a los correos y, cuando llamas por teléfono, solo te derivan de nuevo al email sin darte ninguna solución. Totalmente frustrante y poco profesional.
Terrible customer service. They don’t reply to emails and, when you call, they just redirect you back to email with no solution at all. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
