Disgraceful, cheap junk that breaks and ends up in the bin. Plus the added landfill of the diffuser stick that no other diffusers need. Shameful to create rubbish like this.

The device seems to work OK, however it is much smaller than I thought it would be when I ordered it. Trying to use it in our master bedroom which is fairly large. Have used oils with it, but not sure if I'm adding enough as there are no instructions about how to use it with oils. How much to add or where to add it. I have just assumed to add to the water. The instruction sheet that came with it is only printed on one side and nothing there about using it with oils. I not getting much effect of using the oils and the moisture output is fairly low. If I had known these things about it, I would probably have tried another brand.

I see a lot of people writing bad reviews but I honestly love mine. I put different fragrances in it and it makes my room smell amazing. I've had it for a few months now and so far so good. If I could leave a video I would.

I’m going through the same issues! The mist just stopped coming out. I got the same response,”as to customers before me”. Same robotic response.

I would rate 0 if I could, no mist coming out and a whistle sound coming from it .
There appears to be a "toothpaste tube " like seal on mine . No instructions on how to remove the seal.

The worst customer service!
They stopped responding to all my messages requesting a refund.
I would not trust this company at all!
Plenty of other reliable and ethical companies around. I would not support this one.

I bought this diffuser and followed instructions as written, and after one use it was a flop, the must won't find out and the light doesn't turn on anymore. I unfortunately don't have the receipt due to my child tossing it, but I guess I was just an unfortunate one because I'm seeing good reviews, but wasn't able to experience this diffusers greatness.

I bought a diffuser, filters and a set of oils. The oil set I bought was a specific set with 4 specific smells, but when I got my package after 3 weeks it had a different oil set with 4 different smells with no explanation. I wrote them an email and told them how I got a wrong oil set. After a couple of weeks and a handful emails all from different employees, I'm giving up. I asked them to either send me the correct oils or refund me - they have done neither. Their explanation was that the oil set I got was their new set "not yet available for public" (even though they're throwing a closing sale on their site?) and that its supposedly better quality and more expense - the take away being that I should be thankful for my wrong order. I tried over and over to stress that no matter how nice the "new" oil set might be, I ordered a different set specifically because of the smells, that I now don't have. No apology or further explanation from them. At the end they offered me a $20 discount on my NEXT purchase. I had to complete an order and then write them and trust them to refund me. Sorry, I don't trust this company at all. Doesn't seem legit!!

It does not even warrant one star!!!!!

The Wonder dream has to be the worst product on the net. Don't be fooled by their promotional hype, it is purely sales technics.

The products are cheaply made, they look good on the screen? Then when you have them in your hands, you can clearly see they are absolute rubbish!

I spent $139.89 USD. I may as well thrown the money out the car window at high speed, better value for money.

All items are damaged. I requested a full refund, all I received was stall tactics, and the same lame responses time and time again? I provided photo evidence and still no refund? Then they asked for more photos?

If I could give zero ratings I would. This is a piece of crap product and company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
They will not take the product back nor give me a refund.
They on communicate via email no phone number.
A total SCAM

I got the model that looks like a house - although it is a cute humidifier and works decently well, it is incredibly overpriced. you can get the same type of humidifier for a fraction of the price elsewhere. I was expecting something a bit bigger and higher quality for the price I was paying. I'll continue using it but I definitely got scammed with the pricing lol.

This does absolutely nothing for me. Steam doesn’t even come out when turned on. Waste of money.

I ordered 2 diffuser,s with some Essenioils. Went to complete my order and it just kept on scrolling (going around in circles.) So I came out of the website thinking that my order did nort go through with the address of Dawsonville, Ga instead of my correct address which they completely ordered for a different address and wound up billing me twice, They did not have a telephone number but my bank did some research and found one, No answer when I called. Please do not order from these this Company I later found out they are a Scam. I have never experienced this before and will never order from them AGAIN..... Please me careful

I bought the v3 diffuser. Great design. Easy to purchase and great follow up by the company. Will buy again

My diffuser was okay at first but after two months, the smell it produced became foul. I tried the same fragrance oils on my other diffuser and it came out fine. After a few more weeks, the diffuser stopped working. I also had to buy replacement filters which have now gone to waste after the product broke.

I would recommend going to shops like Kmart to get your diffusers. They work much more effectively and feel worth your money.

bought this product on 30/12/2020 - never arrived.

Do NOT buy from this company! I ordered these for a gift well over a month ago. I still have NOT received my order. I sent several e-mails inquiring where my order is only to have no response to date. This company is fraudulent! They are quick to take your money and do NOT fulfill their end!

Terrible return policy!! Be aware that before you purchase, you must be ABSOLUTELY sure of your purchase because there's no returning the product unless you received it damaged or broken!
