Ciao ciao insomnia

I’ve been dealing with insomnia for years and always been looking for solutions and trying different methods with limited/no success. Finally thanks to WonderWise, things have changed and now I have peaceful nights and energetic mornings and days.
I receive tailored guidance to learn my sleep patterns, and the motivating community assists me in implementing effective adjustments. Life changer!

My Wonders from Wonderwise

I am one person using CPAP device . Wonderwise guided me to purchase a special pillow and use it with my CPAP device which was very helpful. I now feel sleeping deep and longer. Once in a while I get rashes on parts of my body which wonderwise explained that it could be due to mold in the tubings of CPAP if not sanitized and cleaned thoroughly . I checked with my doctor and wonderwise was right. I found the app very helpful and strongly suggest to others.

Excellent app

Excellent app. Has made a massive improvement in my sleep already only after a couple of weeks. Customized tips for my specific sleep challenges. Best new year resolution - to improve my wellness by improving my sleep - and Wonderwise is a key part of it.
