They INCREASED the price of the subscription by $100 (!) without ANY warning! Then you try to get in touch and you get the nonexistent Customer Service!! The automation has many errors and I literally spent over $500 for NOTHING as it never worked. Plus, you cannot get a refund!

You’ve been warned!

Customer Service is nonexistent. I upgraded to 10 000 function plan just for it to have run out 3 days later and I have not even used any of the functions. No response via email and no contact number.

worst experience EVER. no real training, expensive, not user friendly. The account manager quit the company in the middle of my site and automation creation. No warning. Just pass the baton to someone else that has no idea what was being done. I wasted too much time with this and money. Lesson learned.

Look this was a great deal. Just for Make automation itself. Basically we can run a print on demand store automatically with help of Wondr.

The prompts in the courses are sometimes different from the prompts that you may see. Honestly, the main bad thing about it, is the fact that you can only get help thru email. I have been going through the course since october 2023 (it is now march 2024), and i have yet to complete it because the instructions they give, dont sometimes match.

Honestly, it contains nothing you can’t learn on your own. I was amazed to see that they don’t include automation for instagram other than social media posts.

Want an instagram shop automated? Not possible. Their curriculum shows only Shopify integration and very minimal support for other products.

Oh and by the way, if you get past 20% in the course, you forfeit any chance of getting your money back. Goodluck figuring that out when there’s multiple courses to choose from.

They blocked me from the organization because I challenged them on this very scenario. Save your money, go to YouTube or spend some time google searching and you’ll come out on top for a fraction of the cost.

The course is exactly what they say it is going to be. Step by step of how to automate products and stores. I am really happy to see the updates for latest developments like using our on own images in addition to AI generated images. The support is responsive if I have a question about training and thorough to make sure questions are resolved.

Wondr Ai is worth every penny. The amount of value you receive is really amazing. It fast tracks a lot of stuff that would normally take a very long time to learn. What you learn by signing up is very valuable. I would highly recommend wondr Ai to anybody wanting to use ai and automate the process of integrating ai with shopify etc.

This outstanding company gave us a chance to see what they really are and for me I'm older and perhaps a little slower but the help is real the responses are fast and they are quite fun to work with in this arena. I'm just not sure it would be to my advantage to use any other company to work with and develop a fun work environment.

They explained everything in a easy yet educational manner. And while they're showing you the engine out of running the software they they drop hints and insist that you should experiment with it and find your own perfect use. They also have a discord server and has a lot of great information and if you're having issues running the software you can always refer to the page and ask a question and someone's bound to give an answer LOL

I was very happy when I purchased this product. The videos however are outdated leading you into one error after the other. they refer to apps that don't exist of have different names than when the videos were created. But the worse part is that their system currently (as of Nov 16 2023) doesn't work with Amazon. They don't disclose this and I only found out because the videos weren't matching up with what I needed to do and when I emailed Wondr AI they disclosed "At the moment, we are still working with CedCommerce and Amazon to figure out a solution to the Amazon errors, but there is no timetable currently." When I found out about this I asked for a refund but let them know my payment method had been a card that was no longer active and asked for the refund to be directed to my new card. They completely disregarded this and said it would be sent to original card and if I had a problem to contact my bank. Emails were dry and uncaring, unapologetic and dismissive. I highly warn anyone looking into this company to look elsewhere!

This program has huge potential and they are always growing and updating. They make it affordable to gain access to the program, fast customer service and understanding. I have yet to dive into it completely but super excited to do so.

Jace and his team are AMAZING!!!!! Not only did they make an inventive program that uses state of the art technology but they did it top notch! The instructions are easy understand and guide you easily through the set up process. The most amazing part of all, in my opinion, is the STELLAR customer service!! You can tell when a company loves the work they're doing and their customers - every single email I sent with a question was answered in a timely and friendly manner. I wish you much success - you have absolutely earned it!
